After finding a pump that wasn't "Broken", Filled up $45 worth of fuel (that was with their…read more"Members" price) and the pump station did provide a receipt so had to get one from the cashier and as usual there's an issue at the register. Then went to use the Men's toilet and there's handwritten paper signs stating they're closed after 10 pm and the door was Locked. Went back to the cashier and asked if there was a key for the men's room now and he only said "Closed", no explanation. This is not the first time having an issue here that included not being able to use the App to pay at the pump and went to the cashier and Pre-paid but wasn't able to get the membership price. Got a Coca-Cola that was already opened and Requested for the Manager to call me, but that never happened. This location has become close to what it's like being in a Third World country which includes trash thrown all around the entrance!

I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this BP station (163 Pelham St, Methuen). During…read moremy inspection, my windshield was cracked while they were fixing the stickers. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner and staff denied it, saying it must have happened after I left. The truth is I hurriedly left the station and discovered the damage less than two minutes later. When I returned, I was humiliated and disregarded. The owner was dismissive, refused to even ask the inspector what happened, and tried to intimidate me into leaving. He even called the police when I insisted on accountability. This treatment felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I had seen a similar incident happen to another customer before, which shows this is not an isolated case but a disturbing pattern. Consumers deserve fairness, honesty, and accountability, none of which I received here. I strongly warn others not to go to this location for inspections or any service.

For over 5 years now Hilton Oil has been my go to guy for low prices and efficient delivery…read more Typically I call them and they come the next morning. I had a new oil tank installed and I misread the meter and when I looked again a few days later it was almost empty. Yikes. I called Hilton Oil and they got here in time. The delivery guy made sure my furnace was still running before he took off. When the plumbers were here installing the new oil tank I asked them if they could raise the pipe where they pump the oil in. That way my friends at Hilton Oil wouldn't have to bend over so far. The plummer agreed. He said he delivered oil before he was a plummer and it was a great idea. Finally with this over abundance of snow fall Hilton Oil went above and beyond. I always clear a wide path when it snows. Somehow I missed shoveling that path for him this 3rd snowfall. Without complaint he made his way thru the 8inches of snow and fueled me up. I realized when I got home and saw his footprints in the snow that I had messed up. I know EVERYONE clears a path for their oil man. If not then you should be writing a nice review on here too. I deliver mail and there's no reason anyone who comes to your house should have to tredge thru a foot of snow to provide a service. I apologize to the great crew at Hilton Oil. It won't happen again.
