Pretty impressed with this place today. I called to set up an appointment for an oil change and they told me I could come right down which was super convenient, so I did. I dropped my car off and went over to whole foods. They called me within a half hour to let me know my car was ready. They were super friendly and they also filled up my tire that was low, without me having to ask. The pricing was on point as well. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on going back. I was referred to H. Daw by friends and family after having a negative experience at my regular mechanic. I had them do an inspection and an oil change and also asked if they could figure out why my low tire pressure light would not turn off. (my mechanic had my car all day and couldn't fix the problem) After an hour the car was ready...they removed several large stones in my tires that was triggering the tire sensors.....at no charge! My wife introduced me to using Daw's garage, and I was skeptical at first since the place doesn't look like much on the outside. But, I've had work done on wheels, alignments, oil changes, and inspections there and been very happy. They even recommended we check at the Mazda dealer to see if our catalytic converter would be covered by warranty, instead of installing it themselves and charging us (and it was covered by warranty, good call.) read more

Asking how my service I received was because I recently had my vehicle serviced there I had no issue to advise him of so far so good with me. JUst a quick update, albeit 4 years later. I guess there are two H Dawes shops and the owner of both read my review and offered mea free oil change. While I never took him up on the offer and never will (as really, an Oil change after such ridiculous poor service?) I felt I may throw the guy a 1 centimeter bone. GO Bruins! read more

I went in for an inspection sticker that was three months overdue. The guys gave me quick and excellent service with honest feedback and suggestions. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. I would recommend this service station as one of the best I have ever been to. If anything goes wrong with my vehicle, I will be going back to these guys! read more

My family has trusted this garage for almost 20 years. They are great! They know what they are doing and back their work up. I know I have had to go in for the same problem a few times, and they took care of it without charging extra. They are always truthful about repairs (yes I did get second opinions). They will always fit you in for last minute repairs and oil changes. I will admit their customer service skills need a little work, but the work they do is worth it!! I would rather pay a little more and have the job done right!! read more

i came to this place 2 time before and they do a great job fixing it. never have to come back to get it fixed again. but the third time i went. they charged me more than what they were supposed to. i have a 99 camry 4 cyl. and i needed a resonator pipe which is no more than 150 at napa. they get their parts from napa. they charged me 281.33 just for the part which is around 150. also i needed a direct fit converter which should cost around 350 and they charged me 586.95. plus on top of those prices i paid for labor. so the prices were unreasonable!!! read more
