The tech seemed to have a problem connecting the car to the system and told him the machine "wasn't communicating with the car". He also said, "Didn't you notice the check engine light?" Hint: There was never a check engine light. After being unable to say what the problem was besides the system "not communicating" and trying to blame the car, and of course charging for the sticker, my husband had to bring the car to a dealer. The verdict? Car is fine, passed inspection, had to pay another thirty bucks to the dealer. My advice, skip this place. If they can't handle inspection stickers, you don't want them doing anything under your hood.

Then went to use the Men's toilet and there's handwritten paper signs stating they're closed after 10 pm and the door was Locked. Went back to the cashier and asked if there was a key for the men's room now and he only said "Closed", no explanation. This is not the first time having an issue here that included not being able to use the App to pay at the pump and went to the cashier and Pre-paid but wasn't able to get the membership price. Got a Coca-Cola that was already opened and Requested for the Manager to call me, but that never happened. This location has become close to what it's like being in a Third World country which includes trash thrown all around the entrance!

In the process hurt my foot ended up with a swollen toe and the side of my foot bruised. I informed the cashier and he laughed and said yes that happens and went to clean it up but i already had. I informed the company with an email just to let them know about this situation and was informed they would let the district manager know of the situation and would be reached out to. It has now been three weeks and haven't gotten and email or phone call and am very disappointed in this. No apology or anything from the store.
