Couldn't be better! I've read recent complaints and all can be resolved by installing/using the CVS app: select notifications to get updates, add allergies to your profile, check prescription status and if it reads 'no refills' either request refills via the app or your provider (if you wait until you request a refill, there will be a delay).

They are more than willing to deny coverage for any medication that your doctor prescribes, and shunt you off to an automated system to avoid having to answer for their denials. They will give you a canned response of "ask your doctor to appeal our decision" as if they have a right to get between you and your doctor's assessment of your need for medication. I 1000% despise CVS, and Caremark especially. They need to take the word "Care" out of their name, because care has NOTHING to do with it.
