The washes there were always to my satisfaction & if it wasn't they would have you run your vehicle through again until you were satisfied. Now this facility is called, "CLEAN VIEW AUTO WASH" and still they do a very good job in making sure my vehicles are clean, however.... I just purchased their monthly membership for unlimited washes for $34.99 & after a few months of the service I had to cancel my membership due to budget restrictions. First of all, you are supposed to be able to cancel online, when I tried it kept telling me there was no such account. So, I contacted them via email to cancel & 2 days later I received a response from them offering another membership at a lower cost. I explained to them that I was not interested & to please cancel my membership. Again, another response for a different membership, this aggravated me because I know all I wanted to do was CANCEL the membership, if I wanted to lower it, I would have requested that already. Another email sent to them telling them my aggravation to just cancel the membership, which finally the District Manager, Daniel Brown stated in the email, "Though we are sad to see you go, I have canceled your membership. You will receive no further billings." 5 days later I have charged/withdrawn from my bank account the $34.99 membership once again. They do a good job in cleaning your car/truck, but I will never get their membership again & I will tell others not to either because of all the hassle you have to go through just to cancel the membership! **Just so you know, we had to go up to the location with are car, membership numbers & card we used for payment to get our refund. For four $4 less you can get a car washed right down the street with an attendant and I can run it back through if it's not clean. With this automatic one you're stuck with what you get, it doesn't print receipts like it says. I put my car windshield in front of the blowers for an entire 60 seconds and it still wasn't dry even after gong back and forth a few feet. Second, the vacuums here really blow and the pressure washer suck. It should be the other way around where the vacuums should suck and the pressure washer should blow. I could urinate harder than the pressure washing guns and the stalls have no soap half the time. Third, when you pay for your car wash at the stalls, it says a five dollar minimum but it does not tell you how much your car is being charged. It just tells you how many minutes you have. So you have no idea how much you're being charged it just gives you how many minutes you have and then by the time you wash your car it's for 8-9 minutes you're at $10 already. I can wash my car at every other cup out or spot nearby for competitors spot for half the price and know what I'm paying when I do it and not be surprised when I get my credit card bill. There's no way of knowing what you're getting charged here. Like I said, after numerous problems here over the last several years 10+ I only use them for an emergency purpose and I still have issues.

What made the interaction frustrating was that I had just watched him assist the vehicle directly in front of me at the kiosk. I completely understand if there is a policy limiting employee assistance, but policies should be applied consistently. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and was not the level of customer service I expected. I wanted to share the feedback so management is aware.
