The gas comes out of the pump extremely slow and it took me more than 5 minutes to pump only 10 gallons of gas. I couldn't pay at the pump because it kept saying it was already in use, and once I got inside, they told me that the gas had to go on my card as credit and I couldn't use debit - strange. Inside of this Hess there is also a Godfather's Pizza/Quiznos counter as well as a Dunkin Donuts counter with donuts and coffee. The coffee is usually pretty typical gas station coffee, which was kind of sad that Dunkin Donuts put their name on it. Honestly, it's nothing special. I haven't tried the Godfathers/Quiznos counter as it didn't seem super appealing to me. The one thing that I do return for is the convenience, and the nice staff. I usually end up picking up beer on my way home from work, and enjoy seeing the same people there on and off. Generally it's pretty clean with a small selection of snacks and drinks.

It just looks like nobody cares about the cleanliness, which makes a difference than most of the Wawa's I have been to. The people cooking the food seem to be fairly ambivalent, but they're getting the job done. The coffee selection is OK, plenty of drinks, the do it yourself check out is handy because the checkout cashiers tend to be on the slow side. During the hurricane Irma, they only run out of gas at the day before hurricane hit. Rest room is in order and toilet seat has seat sanitary paper. The clerk is attentive. So, I used the gas gap instead to keep the pump on. First world problems. Many gallons later, we we safely on our way to head home from a yelp event and my favorite Indian grocery/cafeteria. It was fun to pop over to Tampa since we haven't been in a while but the traffic was during rush hour. It's just not nearly as bad as traffic in other cities. People here tend to be a little more polite and let you in when it's your turn. Also, driving a huge white ex-cop car Tahoe with steel wheels, tinted windows and a spotlight probably helps. It looks just like an unmarked police car. People always seem to let me in! Life is good with gas for exploration!
