So, this gas station was designed to have the flow of vehicle traffic run east to west, yet people will ignore the signs. This is my peeve. PAY AT THE PUMP. I like how I can pay and use my Vons club card at the pump. PRICES. Usually the lowest locally. Other than Costco, I'll come here just for the gas prices. Pay with either a debit card or cash and you will get the discounted cash rate. Regular Vons shopper? You'll probably save an additional 10 cents by plugging in your Vons card number. EXTENDED HOSE. So, back to my peeve of wrong way drivers even though the signs clearly say "DO NOT ENTER"... Vons pumps have those extended hoses that can reel a little farther, so if you go to any gas pump, the fuel hose can extend to the side of the car that has the fuel door. It does not matter whether the fuel door is on the left or right side of your vehicle. TIP: just like any gas station, when you pay at the pump, be sure to inspect the credit card reader to make sure it has not been tampered with. One of my friends claims her credit card number was skimmed at this location, and I think my AmEx may have been also, years ago. Its always good practice to inspect and make sure the seals are not broken on the reader and that the card reading mechanism is not loose.

I'm often around the circle to grab lunch so I also used to predominantly fill up at your site. Not so much anymore. Why? Well, when I ask the attendants if they have any squeegees answer is, "no." When I ask why, the attendants tell me, "the homeless people take them." Now I rarely ever see homeless people on this side of town, but regardless, these things are like $6 on amazon in bulk. Treat them as a consumable and stop being so criminally cheap. You probably net well over six figures of income a year from this site alone as an absent owner. You can afford to spend $100 on some squeegees like virtually every other gas station does.

There was a friendly lady outside ensuring that things were tidy. This seemed to be her job and she was taking care of things! All of the window squeegees were in order and they had paper towels available for convenience. Awesome! Inside the gas station, there were two unisex bathrooms , impressively clean ! You don't get this from a regular gas station. But they seem to care here so , thankfully, there was a clean bathroom for us! We bought our gas and were on our way. I was apologetic and confused and gave him another $20. Then the friend who gave me those $20s said they had been passed through multiple counterfeit machines and could not have been fake. I realized the cashier at VP switched my bills after I walked out. Learned an important lesson: don't let the bills out of your site until the cashier accepts them.

While there, we gases up our car with VP Racing fuel. It has less ethanol which boosts the octane. We could immediately tell the difference in our car's performance. Just runs cleaner and faster.
