It was just after dark and I pulled in and right up to a pump. I went through the whole process of putting my credit card in the machine and choosing and it told me to see the cashier. I walked over inside and approached the two people working behind the counter and told them the pump told me to come see you. They were very friendly and helped me quickly. Apparently with their older pumps and system they have to run the credit cards inside so you have to choose an amount that you think you'll be putting in your vehicle. I just chose a bit higher than I knew it should take. I got a receipt and walked outside and started filling my vehicle. It came out considerably less and then I had to go back inside to get a receipt showing what I actually spent. Again they were helpful and efficient. Definitely a decent place to get your fuel.

That experience was awful too, as the employee cared more about the customers waiting inside the minimart as opposed to fixing the issue with me and getting me out of the car wash. In fact, the employee had to call his manager before I could even get out - an almost 20-minute ordeal! On the plus side, their mini-mart is average and is usually stocked well and notwithstanding that car wash issue, their employees are fairly friendly. Nonetheless, I would recommend going to another Shell station and skipping this one. Your overall experience will likely be better.

Yeah there's a wait at a lot of the times. It's not really the staff's fault - it's the clueless customers doing their weekly shopping or lotto addicts trying to figure out which scratch off they will waste money on this time. I can honestly say the staff makes sure that everyone is treated with equal attention. They know your name and in my case mostly what I buy EVERYDAY! There is a insane woman who works nights and she is completely without apology insane - but she has been there forever and is like a rain man as she moves around the store. She has the people skills of a mass murderer on sleeping medication. But, hey Im sure her family loves her or her collection of cats... There is a collection of misfits that hang out there at night. a bus driver, a tow truck guy and some lady who sits in her car and waits for the donut delivery. They are all harmless and kind of interesting if you happen to take the time to talk to them. It's really a very nice place to do business at for a gas station. The staff makes it this way.
