While you're in Key Biscayne, there's only a few stops for fuel. I like this Mobil the best because of the juice and beer selection they offer along with the freshly baked goods. The price of fuel is higher than the rest of Miami but if you fill up with a few gallons instead of filling your tank, then the price isn't so bad at the end. Location and convenience certainly play a factor in their essentiality therefore making this stop worthy of your time. If you're stopping here before a beach day, then stocking up on some last minute goods such as snacks, water and drinks are always a good idea. They're not open around the clock so coming here earlier as opposed to later is highly suggested. I've seen some pretty decent craft beer in their coolers making this pitstop even worthier of my time while in KB. Rude manager. Literally kicked me out early in the morning. She told me I had to go. I wanted to go in and make a purchase and she was so rude. She didn't have to yell at me the way that she did. I, like many of you reading this, was completely panicked to find that I had a flat tire in the most expensive community in South Florida, Key Biscayne. I called AAA and they told me that if I needed them to come out and help me change a spare tire that they could send someone out to do that, but I am fully capable of putting a spare tire on. I'm just kind of lazy and didn't feel like doing it. It turns out that the Mobil gas station on the right when you first enter the key has a garage that does all kinds of service for your car. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find out that they would be willing to either plug or patch my tire for a very reasonable rate. A patch would cost $25 or a plug, which is preferable, would cost $15. The guy came out and put a plug in my tire in five minutes. Then, because he asked what I was going to be doing next and I was going to be driving to Orlando, he went around and checked the pressure and filled up all the rest of my tires to make sure we would have a safe drive. This is exceptional five star service at its best! I will be telling everybody about this Exxon Mobil station and the guy that actually cares about customers. read more

This morning I stopped for coffee and found out they now offer a lot of fresh Venezuelan/Colombian food in the bakery! Add that to cheaper gas, the only auto shop in the key, squid and shrimp fishing bait, and a wide array of craft beers. Best gas station in the key! read more

The gas station itself is dirty, overpriced and staff is not friendky. Car repair service is excellent. It is located on the right side of the building. I been using them as my mechanic for years! 10 years that is! They are fair and honest. This is not a mechanic shop that would try to rip anyone off! Trust me they do the things that I wouldn't. They even ran all my electrical for a kit car I built! Cheapest is not always better! Last time had weird noise in bmw. He could have charged me to fix it and come up with a problem. He told me instead change the left front tire and that solved everything. There was no problem with the car! This review is for the car mechanic not the gas station. read more

This gas station now has a great convenience store. I had a toasted smoked turkey and cheese sandwich which they call "Planchado" that's superb. The coffee is also excellent, it gives Oasis next door a run for their money. They also have a great selection of craft beers. On top of all these have friendly staff. read more

If I could get this negative stars I would. There's something called a mobile speed pass is been around for years. I have one and that is usually how I pay. For some reason the workers at the mobile don't even know what it is, which literally baffles my mind since it's literally only use at mobile. I just stood outside waiting for them to help me for 15 minutes trying to use my speed pass to pay and tried a few different pumps. The man finally came out to take a look after all that time and pleading with him to give me a hand-- which by the way is his job. He was so rude came out and said "don't know" as walked away-- he didn't even try. This makes for the fourth negative running I've had with the guy who works there. One time I was in much need of gas and when I went to pay he has closed early because he "felt like it" so thanks a lot- I hope this becomes a better run gas station soon. You're better than this Mobil! read more
