It's not the closest station nearby, but I've found it a cut above the rest because of the personnel. Express Mart was formerly a BP gas product, and has recently transitioned into a Philips 66 product. What I like about these little marts who are typically owned by a family is "cheers" aspect to it. The family that runs this place remembers it's regulars and knows everyone quite well in this small town. Even when you are from out of town, they'll treat you like a "townie". They're not afraid to engage in friendly conversation about anything and develop that relationship between business and customer as eventual friends. The place is a little old, but it looks like it is kept well, including the bathrooms. At these kind of gas stations, I enjoy that option of paying for gas with cash to save....usually...5 cents a gallon. In conclusion, I'll make a point to go out of the way to stop at this store rather than the hipper, and closest stations nearby.

The location is right off the Imperial Main St. exit and I've found it is the easiest station to enter. The interior is aged but cleanly, its organized. It ain't no QT, but it works for me as far as convenience off the HWY exit toward my office. The friendly service is what will keep me coming back here too, unless the cardinals score 6 runs then I will make the effort to cross the street median to get that 50 cent drink.

Why not use the intercom to communicate instead of making me walk and drive around...

So due to their high and mighty stance, this company not only lost business tonight but further more. I highly recommend the Mobil east side on I-55 as an alternate.

It's like the screening questions for the job are do you know how to ignore customers? Great perfect. Do you avoid the shower like it's the gym? Amazing! Do you weigh over 300? Couldn't ask for more! You are the perfect employee for my shop! It's just a joke. How do you have people here to "care" for the public when they don't even "care" about themselves. Peoples self care correlates into their work. If you're fat and lazy your work is going to show that and smell that as well. When I showed the counter person my app confirmation they said they don't know anything about it. I asked to talk to the manager and this kid that looked and acted like he was high said he was the manager. He told me I should be able to get a refund online. I told him he needed to work on his customer service. He offered to give me a sandwich from the case and a small bag of chips. Not even close to my order dollar amount. He to me to get out and never come back. Don't worry, I won't be back.

The service was fast and the mechanic was knowledgeable. Let me say a few words to people who gave one star reviews: everyone has an off day, all issues vary, and if you have been a customer for years, should you not give them some credit? You have one bad experience and then you ruin their ratings with one star. Shame on you. I always give everyone enough chances to give me enough information to make my reviews accurate and fair. My advice is to calm down and think before you make a decision that can be potentially harmful to a business that is really trying to do a good job.

My normal shop was having issues with getting help so I called D & J. Dave answered the phone and was super courteous and scheduled me to come in within a few days. On the day I brought it in, he called me shortly after I dropped it off and told me the estimate to have it repaired. They had the truck repaired and I was back on the road that afternoon. I would highly recommend them. Added bonus, the shop was immaculate.

The location is only mediocre clean. Often half the pumps don't work. They are covered with yellow bags. The staff is mildly friendly, though I have never seen them rude. Their gas is always cheapest (if only by pennies, but hey, those pennies add up) and being the chain smoker that I am, I always stock up on a carton before heading back to Boston for school. Costco is all about getting people in and out quickly, so there isn't a restroom at the gas pump area and they don't have squeegees here. Scan your membership card, scan your payment and start fueling. What most folks don't understand is that you can line up on either side unless you have a really tall vehicle.
