Asked all three employees separately (by chance) about the size/price and confirmed my order with a krispy's employee as one of those three people. I ended up being sold HALF of a large, the size down from the family size box. They wouldn't even fix my order. I was so mad I honestly lost my appetite. It's not even about the $2.50 or the couple of potatoes. It's about I never have a consistently good experience and I never know what to expect!! I go out of my way to drive to Krispy's, and had called ahead before leaving. I still ended up with half an order of the size below what I ordered. I won't be back to this krispy's because it's out of the way already, they wouldn't fix my order this one time even, and mostly...because I no longer even know what to expect with Krispy's.

I went to get my brand of drinks, I could see several in the back that I coud not reach so I asked victoria if she could help me. She quickly said no, I said could he, the other cashier. he went to the back and got my six drinks, I paid with a hundred which she complained and got rude about then i requested change for a 20 so I could pay my friend money he loaned me, she stated, the bank is open you know, to which I stated so is the gas station I should start going to. I stated, you know that you are the rudest person to ever work here, and from out of nowhere she raised her voice and said at least i dont bring minors here to buy alcohol for. Horrible management! They sell alcohol to visibly intoxicated people which is very much illegal; I…read moream hoping they will get caught because they could potentially kill someone. I understand that it is their job to sell; If they see someone come in the same day multiple times visibly intoxicated, then they should stop selling alcohol to that individual. I have a photo of empty shots that was sold to an individual who went in multiple times in one day, and many days a week, to get their fix. You can also see what bag it's in, "On The Run". There is no reason to continuously sell to a visibly intoxicated person. They also have a very ignorant manager. Thank you Ms. for allowing your staff to do illegal acts.
