The service, unless if you are just coming to the gas station to use the bathroom and the gas pump itself, its awful. They just give overweight dudes the job and expect greatness to come from it. It's like the screening questions for the job are do you know how to ignore customers? Great perfect. Do you avoid the shower like it's the gym? Amazing! Do you weigh over 300? Couldn't ask for more! You are the perfect employee for my shop! It's just a joke. How do you have people here to "care" for the public when they don't even "care" about themselves. Peoples self care correlates into their work. If you're fat and lazy your work is going to show that and smell that as well. While the young man started filling my order (which was his first day, and he was very polite. "Yes sir, no sir polite) I asked him if my 2 sides were proportional to the size order I was purchasing. He stated that you get 2 1lb container per side, no matter what size chicken package you purchase. So I be an to explain that it wasn't fair that you got the same size sides for a 4 piece package or a 16 piece package. He asked another employ who stated to me that that was the policy, and if I wanted, I could use my 2 sides for the same item. I stated that I wasn't really getting two sides, just one, in two containers. So I'm hoping that anyone reading this, can understand what I was trying to get across to them. If you are advertising 2 sides, you should get two different sides, proportionate to the size package you are buying. I know this should not be a big deal, but they didn't accommodate me with my concern. This is not the way you take care of your customers, but I guess they really don't care to keeping customers. Had they helped me out, this review would have been more favorable.

Asked all three employees separately (by chance) about the size/price and confirmed my order with a krispy's employee as one of those three people. I ended up being sold HALF of a large, the size down from the family size box. They wouldn't even fix my order. I was so mad I honestly lost my appetite. It's not even about the $2.50 or the couple of potatoes. It's about I never have a consistently good experience and I never know what to expect!! I go out of my way to drive to Krispy's, and had called ahead before leaving. I still ended up with half an order of the size below what I ordered. I won't be back to this krispy's because it's out of the way already, they wouldn't fix my order this one time even, and mostly...because I no longer even know what to expect with Krispy's.
