New gas pumps and lots of space for parking. It's not the easiest to get in and out of because of traffic on the main road, but it's worth it. There's hot goods under the heat lamp ready to be purchased. The problem is when the manager is not there the place does not run well. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in just to get a simple cup of coffee when it wasn't even busy there and I would go to get coffee and there would be none left. It's quite irritating honestly as most of the time I go in there just to specifically get coffee because I like the farmhouse brand. i've told employees a little tip to help reduce times when there's not coffee available for customers and the tip is just keep checking the coffee and when it gets half empty , that's time to brew a new pot. That way, the coffee never runs out. The problem is is they just cannot get that very simple concept and again today I go to Cumbersome Farms specifically for coffee and there was none left. It would be one thing if it was busy, but there wasn't one customer in the store except me. The problem is is they don't understand the concept that is even after it stops getting busy you have to go back restocked. Make sure everything is topped off. That's what you do when you're not busy. Hopefully these employees can get retrained as I am almost ready to stop going in Cumberland Farms honestly. I mean what is the point of going to get a nice fresh coffee when half the time it's not even available.

Sadly I tossed the bread out and after smelling it the dog picked it up and even he couldn't chew n tear the roll for a bite. For a crew who was hungry and excited we all wound up hungry and Sadly disappointed, especially considering the prices ($11.99 for a brisket sandwich on a burger bun) ($11.99 daily special sub) We won't be going back and we're definitely glad about that. How this place is still in business is beyond everyone we know in the business…read more As a Master mechanic, If I didn't warn folks about this predatory shop I wouldn't be able to sleep at nite... shop around please...this place is notorious for ripping off customers..charging g three times the cost for parts or more and padding the bill in anyway they can. .. so many fake reviews and they still have only a 3 star rating. Don't be fooled by this place , I have had too many folks and other shops tell of the trickery and games this place will play to get more money out of the customer. They will smile at you while they overcharge you for anything they can. Shop around for a reputable place...in my opinion and many others in the community, this is a bad place to get your vehicle serviced at...period.
