They are Friendly & make you feel welcome being a new-bee!! We used to go to Hampton & Salisbury Beach. A food truck sat outside at closing time & it was my time to eat a massive messy loaded burger. They are hard to keep together especially after partying at the beach! Patches creates a burger so very delish it's gone within no X!! They are the grille bergermasters!! They are Always nice when it is super packed & it gets like a can of sardines during lunchtime for working crews. I never order a BLT at any convenient store but I did one night. A BLT that I can easily prepare & they made one that was again wicked good! The young ladies who take the calls, orders, ring up the customers although slammmed as all get out... they are even tempered & always friendly, a rarity! The gentleman I see cooking at the grille never loses it when he's slammed. I'll call him Cool Hand Duke! The girls are DT Earth sweet! Patches has an extensive menu & we love them! We appreciate & Thank you Patches for your commitment to great service, kindness, & charring up our favorite cheeseburger cheeseburger cheeseburger!! Patches equals a 10

It was raining but this made it easy to get inside. You walk into everything all at once. I beeline for sandwiches and coffee. A lovely lady behind the counter caught my eye and asked me what I needed. I got a pumpkin spice latte, cause it's cold, rainy, and fall! I grabbed a mozzarella roasted red pepper sandwich that hit the spot. I was hungry so I ate as I walked around and looked at all the goodies. They seem to be hosting the coffee Swift River Roasters. They had a great selection of 1 lb bags and more. As you walk through you realize there's ice cream, treats, and a whole market in the back. We found a small room that boasted wine tasting - whoa - cool! We took a quick seat and finished our sandwiches as we looked around. We walked the rest of the market and if you are looking for upscale - this is your place. They even had Dom Perignon on the shelf. I scored some Bacardi on sale (to make vanilla of course) and some chocolates. The lady at the counter was super sweet, check out was quick and easy. They accept cards, cash and idk. But I would definitely stop in again!
