Everyone was friendly and engaging. I had a very pleasant conversation with a gentleman who worked there regarding my car. If you change the surroundings, you'd think you were at a small town general store where every knew everyone else. Definitely will continue to return in my trips in to Portland!

But today was the 3rd strike in the purchase of disappointing food. I selected 2 steamed red hot dogs and proceeded to the cashier. She told me the total was $4.30 for the 2 hot dogs. i asked the hot dogs are $2.00 each she said yes. i said Both of the stores less than a quarter of a mile from this one sell the exact same steamed hot dog for $1.29 or 2 for $2.50. She told me that i do not have to buy them. But i had already put condiments on them. This was the 3rd and final food purchase disappointment. Your prices are insane. and the cashier rude. But i guess that is how you are when you work for minimum wage as a gas station cashier. I will never make the mistake of ever purchasing any item form the Rusty Lantern again.

The last time I went to the Livermore location I mentioned that I hope they wouldn't sink to the levels of the other two location I have been in Sabbatus and Brunswick. Well they have. Called ordered a pizza for pick up with other items. Was told they could no longer take CC over phone. Fine I can deal with that. My friend got there to pick up and it was not ready (25-30 min ) was told they did not have the Alfredo sauce . Claimed to have tried calling me several times. Phone was right beside me all the time and no calls came. Third Rusty Lantern location, third messed up service and food. Foupt this will stay here since not the correct location but I had to rant.
