Absolutely terrible place. Car battery gave out and was there for under 5 minutes before an attendance came out to harass me while I waited for help with my emergency lights on. My family was there to escort me out within 10 minutes. What a sad situation where a woman stranded in a car gets yelled out by an attendant. Do not patronage this place if you can avoid it. Not that it matters, but I was in a clean, newer car and returning from work. They had no reason to fear me parked with emergency lights on. read more

0 Stars. Customer service is below the roof. I never in my life have encountered such a heart less jerk. The man working there refused to my friends and I in the building knowing it was late at night and we obviously had no ride as we came from sky zone.( three young African American girls might I add you). This location is okay, service is not bad. Asked to use the bathroom. It was nice and clean.

bad service , I asked the lady for air and she lied and told me she don't have a button to turn it on . she then proceeds to point at a small sign on her window stating that air came with purchase of gas. which in fact there is a law that air is free. If you are looking for a deal on Gas this is not the spot. In my experience any Gas Station close to a major Boulevard or close to an On/Off ramp to a major free, this one being the 405, the product will not be cheap. I come here from time to and did today to fill up the work vehicle because I was crunched for time and this happens to be in the general vicinity that I needed to be. The getting in and out of this Gas Station can be tricky. It is located on the corner of 190th & Western which has heavy traffic, trucks, etc driving fast with total disregard for public safety. The Food-Mart attached to this location is encased in bullet proof glass so that should be a major sign of why not to come here during off hours. Gas is on the way up and I filled up at $3.99 a gallon for 91 octane, glad my personnel vehicle is a 4-cylinder=) read more

Bathrooms clean, courteous service, wide selection of convenience items, air conditioned facility, premium fuel, easy parking, safe causeways for entrance and exit, lottery tickets available (if you're into that). Better than the rest. Minus one star for the prices of fuel being a bit beyond what the market indicates. read more

Perfect location - right on S. Western and next to the 405. Convenience store worker is nice. The prices are a bit higher here than they'd be if you headed a little further down Western but the location can't be beat. Rating for this location is really a zero!! The one star I guess is because they had gas and close to freeway entrance! The man working at this location on 5/29 at 4:30 pm is a complete incompetent and rude jerk. Be warned. Use you card at the pumps here and you're risking having your card skimmed (scanned). It's happened to us with our bank card and a company gas card more than once. At first we thought it was just an isolated incident. But it happened more than once. Never going back to this station again! read more

this place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered and it's not the only time it's ever happened they're just really rude barely English speaking people. I'm surprised that any of them still work there I've never had a good experience with this place at all. besides the fact that it's conveniently located off of the 405 and it's somewhere I can easily access when I'm driving my 25-mile commute home I would never stop here they have an attitude and no personality whatsoever. where do I start. I stopped to use the ATM, pump some gas, and use the water and air. I walked in used to ATM and asked for the attendant (Alfredo, a little surly, rude human) to please turn on the air and water. he then began to argue with me (yelling at me in broken English) that he will not turn on the water or air for me. despite me using this station everyday. and being a customer at the moment via the ATM. A customer standing by brought it to his attention that by law he must give me air and water since I am purchasing from the station. Alfredo then began to curse and scream at the both of us. I then called 18-800-356-7057 to contact weights and measures like the sign they have posted states. it says any customer that purchases from the establishment is entitled by LAW to use the air and water and can not be denied the service. I told Alfredo this and he insisted I pump gas to get air or water. so I walked to the pump and pumped $0.03 cents worth of gas. I showed him the receipt I received.He still denied me service and screamed and yelled at me some more. My truck over heated shortly after on the 405 heading to the next fueling station. I would never come here again. I am notifying the BBB, the city of Gardena, weights and measures and mobil corporate. I also will be sending a bill for the damages to my truck and the hassle I had had to endure due to the shitty service. Alfredo has no customer service skills and should not be allowed near people. cursing, screaming and breaking the law. I have video footage as well. read more

Worst gas station ever!!!! Don't go there!!! Worst customer service!! I came here on June 25 at 6:15pm. I wanted to put gas for my car and my mom needed to use the restroom so bad, so we stopped by and ask for the restroom key( no private restroom sign), at the beginning he told me the restroom is broken but I know it's not, 5 seconds later he asked me how much gas I'm gonna put.
