If you're used to Costco gas, you're not going to like Sam's Club but honestly, it's not bad. You just gotta go during the right times. The way they designed the parking lot is not smart, builds a lot of backup and traffic but whatever you make do. They did redo the area couple years ago and it's a lot better... so can't complain Anyways I usually come at night and there's no line whatsoever ~~ around 8 pm is perfect. But I came today MLK holiday at 12:25pm and it took me about ten minutes to go through the line! Not bad!!! But my gas tank is on the left and I used a lined where the gas pump was on my right so I went over my trunk ... I just go to the shortest line i mean who likes waiting? I was in the area and stopped in to top off my gas tank as well as pick up a few necessities. It had been years since I had been to this location and I was a little disoriented by the parking as it is covered and most Sam's Clubs I have been to have been open parking. It was fairly busy for a Monday but I was able to get in and out quickly as I have the app for their "scan & go" (completely love that feature). Store was clean and I was able to find what I needed and get in and out of there within a half hour. read more

Currently I am a members of Sam's Club and the Mrs ordered a cake to be picked up today. She went into labor and called to see if somebody else was allowed to come and pickup the cake. Were advised by an associate that that would be fine. The lady at the front door gave a family member issues about picking up a cake. Generally a good place, I come here quite often. I had a bad experience though here recently. I bought a few things, noticed they were bad when I went home. Never once have I returned food to a grocery store, I didn't this time either. I threw it out. But the quality of food here, they need to pay more attention to it. Pricing are reasoanble. The service though should be better. They should double check a lot of the things they sell before it hits the floor. read more

07/03/2023 I have been here before after a beach clean-up event. It's really tough to get to the first time because you have entries from two directions into the gas line. Then you have everyone on the opposite side of their gas cap. Did you know if you look on your dash board for the gas gauge, the little arrow indicates which side your gas is located? You stand on that side where cars can pass but you're blocking it. Stop doing that!! This club has to help direct traffic because nobody is courteous to let someone in or go through. Someone in front of me could not pull up to the pump because there are cars exiting that have not cleared the lane. Maybe someone who works for the club can read low rating reviews. Just not right when people don't help each other. read more

If you're a Sam's Club member, I definitely recommend you coming here to get gas as this location and other Sam's club gas stations have the cheapest gas anywhere. The staff people are really nice and helpful if you need them. You would need to enter from Artesia to get into the line for the gas area on the right. There is a Taco Bell right next to the gas pump area. I would just suggest that you come to this location for gas before work in the early AM, around lunch time and before people get out of school and work so that you can avoid the long line of waiting. It can sometimes be a really long wait so if you have around 15-30 minutes time to spare, then go for it but just have an open mind when coming here to pump gas. read more

By far, the cheapest gas I have found within a 5 mile radius. (It used to be the Arco right at the corner, but Sam's Club Gas saves a few more cents per gallon.) It can get crowded, but many people are pretty disciplined about waiting their turn. Debit or Credit only. Cash is not an option (at least, not that I know of, if I'm mistaken, please correct me!) Attendants are hit and miss - sometimes they're there, sometimes they're not. It hasn't been an issue for me yet. Here's hoping it never becomes one. But they definitely have the lowest gas prices in the area. If you are a member, this is the refueling spot to go. read more

This place usually has the best gasoline prices in town! I bought the Sam's Club membership so I could purchase gas here. A membership is required! You first swipe your membership card and then your payment card. This station is located really close to the 110 & 91 Freeways. It's pretty convenient. It is on the westbound side of Artesia Blvd. Just look for Taco Bell, it's right behind it! I love that the pump handles are so easy to use. It doesn't take great strength or finesse to insert the nozzle and squeeze the handle to pump gas. Some stations are pretty hard to get it right. I come here quite often and have never waited longer than for 3-4 cars to move forward. It's quick and painless, unlike some other stations! I totally recommend using this gas station! Then you can go shopping at the Sam's Club Warehouse! :) read more

Not only is this Sam's Club always plagued with long lines, and long lines to try to even get out of the store after your business is concluded, but the associates are not helpful. I just had an altercation with another customer who shoved her cart into my stomach, I called loudly for help and security, and nobody came. Another customer encouraged the other lady to leave because she was told she can't just shove her cart into my stomach. by the way, this other customer was extremely inconsiderate and was more busy on her two phone calls, two! At the same time, rather than checking out her three items. After the other lady left, I heard one of the managers telling his older associates that hey, if they want to fight, just let them and call the police. Let the police handle it. That was ridiculous! They should have come over and tried to see what was going on and separate her away from me. The associate who was monitoring the self check aisles saw that this lady was on the phone and not handling business and blocking the line. There were several people behind me. Two people got out of line and went to another line because she just was not doing anything. I am generally a very patient person, but this lady was extremely rude. I did not say anything to her, I let her do her stuff, but as soon as I tried to get to the checkstand after waiting over five minutes for her to scan three little items, she initiated the altercation by telling me that I needed to be patient ! Then proceeded to shove my cart into me and threaten me. I hate going into this store even though it's close. I'd rather go to Costco. read more

Love the prices and love the gas station. If you go in the morning time during a weekday, lines are not ass crazy. Also use the self check out method of scanning items as I throw them in the basket and I pay from wherever I'm standing inside the store. No need to even wait in any line! read more

Nothing but lazy ass employees here. 2nd time coming here early and both times was denied to go in early even though I'm paying EXTRA for the early entrance. Also whenever we need assistance everyone just ignores us even after calling out to them. Would not recommend this sams. read more

This is by far the cheapest gas anywhere in the area, And the staff who manage this gas station are awesome .... unfortunately they just don't keep the lines moving! You have to have the patience of a kindergarten teacher to come to this place, if not, go during off hours which means 10 AM or around 2 PM .... outside of those hours expect a gas Armageddon. The lines are super long and people don't know how to navigate or drive and will only go to a side that their gas pump is on. Also you will have people who don't see that there are 10 cars behind them so they take their sweet time either getting out of the car or on their phone before they start to pump gas .... if you honk at them or try to get them to hurry up all they will do is flip you off or not hear you so don't bother again patience is key here but the reward is a full tank at good prices. Expect anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to get through the line and pump the gas. If you were in a hurry do not come here just go to another gas station read more

Its left to the customers streaming in off of Artesia to direct traffic for themselves and fight each other to get into the single lane of the gas station, not allowing anyone in from the parking areas no matter how long they've been waiting. Longest lines I have ever saw .2 lines open during holiday time and it's 10am. Bad customer service. Managers just walking around talking on walkie talkies not doing any thing like don't u see the line. New cahiers have to call the manager every 5 minutes. Rude attendants and poor customer service here. I had an issue with my membership card and they were extremely unhelpful and told me just to go to the front desk. I waited over 10 minutes here to get gas and by the time I got to the pump you weren't able to just help me instead of me going into the store and getting help then coming back to the pump and perhaps wait in the gas line again? Nope from me. I won't ever be coming back here again and I ly go to Costco. The costco attendants have always been extremely helpful in situations like this especially cause they know about the long gas lines there. read more
