I had many people try and nothing. The dealer wanted $175 to get it done as they said the bumper would have to be removed. I went to Warren's, and he personally got it off in under a minute and didn't charge me a dime for the service only $10 for the rust proof screws. Top that!! I won't go anywhere else to service my car. He also replaced my engine for a fraction of the price of others, and it is out on the road in great condition to this day as my kid's car. When I walked out to my car and opened them up, someone had beat me to it -- they were all opened and EMPTY. When I went back in 30 seconds later to exchange them, I was told it was MY problem and that they only sell unopened merchandise. This is a lie! I literally walked out to my car and right back in -- sorry, we can't take those back or exchange them. Ended up calling the cops -- they got the managers name and phone number, but of course, no one answers at that number. I will keep trying, but I'm really just writing this review to WARN others. Juul pods are expensive -- I lost $20 by their SCAM, but they will lose my business forever (and everyone I know or anyone I can tell -- we have plenty of gas station options in Rogers Park). So, that's about $200 worth of my business they receive from me each month (snacks and Juul pods -- I need to quit, this may be the reason I do) that they will never see again. If you don't have the time, BP does in a pinch. It would seem that the tiny garage at this BP is set up to do minor repairs to your vehicle, and perhaps oil changes. I have used BP for their air pump, and they will lend you a pressure gauge if you need one. One time my ex-boyfriend's Mustang broke down and they allowed him to leave his car in that garage while he sorted out towing arrangements. I think he might have actually fixed his own car and went to get parts for it. Bottom line, the attendants here are always courteous.

For kicks, I went to the Mobil station in Glencoe (less than 4 minute drive) and they had the gas prices at $3.999 for the (93) and $3.499 for the (89). This difference seemed much more normal. I called the store to ask and the manager tried to say that he has to pay a $.90 premium for the higher octane gas. He must be the only station in the country that has to do so.
