I've been here a few times and it's hit or miss with the employees as far as friendliness goes, but they are efficient. It was rough during Covid only because everything self-service was not self-service and you had to ask the employees for help. I often felt like I was bothering them rather than them focusing on customer service. They are a Circle K which means 89 cent soda which is nice. They don't have lottery tickets but you can pop over to the alcohol store in the same strip mall for those. Gas however is super easy. Always exit out on Riverdale unless you're turning right onto Tustin to go north. The price isn't the cheapest, but they aren't the most expensive either. There's no competition nearby so there are no price wars with the station kiddie-corner.

Just the other day, as I began my drive home from an unnecessarily strenuous basketball game, I glanced at my gauge and saw that I was extremely low on gas. It was around nine o'clock and the rain descended incessantly. I was perturbed the whole ride home, as the gauge seemed empty and it took about an hour to get to my exit because of the eternal traffic. Finally, I got off at Lakeview Ave to fill my car with gas at the convenient Mobil Station. When I pulled in, the pumps were deserted and so I was able to choose the most beautiful one. I stepped out of my car under the dry overhang. I swiped my card, and the screen asked whether it was debit or credit. Being as unintelligent as I am, I was unable to figure out how to select an answer on the screen. Since I was already freezing cold, I decided to make a trip to the Mobil market to buy the gas. I waited in line for about two seconds, and when it was my turn, I asked for thirty dollars worth of gas. The cashier was kind and patient even when I swiped my credit card the wrong way three times in a row, despite the fact that there are only four ways to swipe a card. The cashier handed me my receipt, and I walked back outside still wet and looking like a mess. Surprisingly, I was capable of pumping the gas from that point on.

There card readers are always broken. I would not recommend coming here. And it's dirty.

I loved getting gas here because they don't require 9 different buttons to push!!! Insert, zip code, octane button and pump!!!!

It's still quicker to swipe a credit card, but not having to carry so many cards around is a godsend, so I appreciate being able to use the app. It lowers the gas price a little, which also helps. The station is located on a random corner, with little surrounding it, except for a small strip mall situated up the street behind it. Still, it was easy to get in and out of. That also means no competition, so the gas might be a little higher. I checked out the convenience store and found a line for the one cashier! I assume the neighborhood frequents this place for coffee and other grab-and-go items. I love stores that have fountain drinks, and it's even better when they offer both Coke and Pepsi, although I'm a total Coke fan. I'm also seeing these make your own milkshake machines pop up in a few places. I had one at another place, and it wasn't bad, but McD's still makes a better one. I didn't see any hot food, so no hot dogs or premade heated burritos, but that's not a big deal. I'm rarely in this area, so I won't be making a trip specifically to this location for gas, but I have no complaints.

My favorite feature is the timer on the drying portion. No more guessing how much more air you'll get and whether it'll be enough for the whole car. The self serve car wash I used to go to didn't have this feature and one time I only got part of my car through before the air turned off so the back end of the car was all spotted by the time I got home from running errands! The timer ensures a nice spot free finish every time. Well maybe not completely free of spots but mostly which is good enough lol It accepts credit card so you don't have to wait in line inside to pay before heading to the wash with a code. Alternatively If you're getting gasoline you can pay at the pump and enter a code. Overall convenient clean and reasonable priced! Thank you for maintaining this location and keeping it looking new! We appreciate it :)
