I was in the area and needed gas, so I decided to stop here and check this place out. I have a Union 76 credit card (AKA Phillips 66, Conoco) tied to their app, which worked flawlessly. It's still quicker to swipe a credit card, but not having to carry so many cards around is a godsend, so I appreciate being able to use the app. It lowers the gas price a little, which also helps. The station is located on a random corner, with little surrounding it, except for a small strip mall situated up the street behind it. Still, it was easy to get in and out of. That also means no competition, so the gas might be a little higher. I checked out the convenience store and found a line for the one cashier! I assume the neighborhood frequents this place for coffee and other grab-and-go items. I love stores that have fountain drinks, and it's even better when they offer both Coke and Pepsi, although I'm a total Coke fan. I'm also seeing these make your own milkshake machines pop up in a few places. I had one at another place, and it wasn't bad, but McD's still makes a better one. I didn't see any hot food, so no hot dogs or premade heated burritos, but that's not a big deal. I'm rarely in this area, so I won't be making a trip specifically to this location for gas, but I have no complaints. read more

One of the workers at this location, a young gentleman by the name of Osmar, is incredibly rude and condescending. I had stopped by previously to have a propane tank filled. The worker at the time (not Osmar) said he was busy and to leave the tank so he could fill it later and I could pick it up. He told me to write my name and phone number on a slip of paper, which he attached to the tank. Made sense to me, so why would I argue with him? When I came back to pick it up, Osmar told me "There is no reason why you should have left your propane tank here." He then told me, "just fuck off and get out". I was so angry, when I got home I went to Yelp to leave a 1-star review. Guess what I learned on Yelp? Not only has Osmar told other people to "fuck off", nearly all of the 1-star and 2-star reviews reference him by name or description. For years, the general manager at this 76 Gas Station has allowed this guy to blatantly disrespect customers. I submitted a complaint to 76's corporate office, and if he has treated you this way, I suggest you do the same. read more

I just had an experience at this 76 gas station today 4-11-2021 that left me shaking. I was compelled to write this review because the young man behind the counter Osmar was very rude, hostile and disrespectful to me. As I walked in, he was berating a female employee behind the counter in front of two male customers. I listened as I walked in and heard him speaking down to her about her performance. I listened from behind the candy area as she stayed quiet. I grabbed a few items and went to the counter to purchase these items. I asked him if he could break a $10 dollar bill and he said no. I understood. As I was about to put my card into the machine to pay, he told me to take the card out. I told him that my card wasn't in the machine yet. I asked him if he was okay and if he was having a bad day and he said, "You know what never mind, you can buy these somewhere else". Shocked, I said are you serious? I told him that I just want to purchase these two items and leave. He removed the two items from the counter and told me that if I didn't leave, he would call the cops on me. I'm standing there confused. I never have experienced this sort of treatment. His treatment of women is shameful and his employer should know about his behavior. How dare you threaten a woman and say you'll call the police on her. For what crime? Because you feel that you can and because you're having a bad day. First thing Monday morning, I'm calling 76 Corporate Office and Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint with the city to address this behavior. This is not behavior that should allowed nor is consistent with 76 gas station beliefs with their customer service. There are many gas stations in town if you want great service. As long as Osmar is at this location, I will not return and I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know in the city. Please reconsider before coming here. read more

I deal with a few medical issues and I am telling you the manager Rodney is great , I usually want to get a case of drinks and he helps me so much with bringing it to the register and even taking it to my car every time. I literally would not be able to come and get the case if it wasn't for him And then when he is not there Mirna has done the same for me. It's just great service and then when I say thank you , it's they are like oh it's the minimum we can do for our customers. The new pumps have nice metal keypads; however, the plastic buttons to choose the grade of gasoline are very finicky and can get stuck. Several people and I were all at the gas station today at the same time and we noticed that none of us could select the grade that we wanted because the buttons were stuck and would only let us choose other grades. Not a good design. A new machine should not break that soon after installation. Frustrating. read more

This has been my local gas station for the last 14 years. I can't say I price shop, but the gas and snack prices always seem reasonable. It is always clean and well stocked! They always have clean water to wash my windshield and paper towels available to dry them off too. The restroom is even clean :-) read more

I went to this gas station yesterday (2-27-21) a little before 1:30 pm. When I went to check out, I realizes that both men at the counter were not wearing masks at all. I could only see one man's name tag. It was Dennis. Then another mask-less employee (a woman with short blonde hair) also was walking through the store talking with the other employees. I have a compromised immune system. People need to be aware that masks are worn to protect others. By not following the current mask mandate, your employees are putting your patrons at a GREAT risk. I was horrified that your entire staff was mask-less and I hope that you will do something to fix this issue. How can an ENTIRE BUSINESS continue to function when NONE of the employees have to wear a mask?!?!?! read more

As far as gas stations go, this one is a little higher priced than most. Currently they are about $.60 hire a gallon down the Costco. $.20 higher than other ones around This location is conveniently located on a corner, easy to get in and out of, propane available. Very clean restroom, as well as a decent convenience store inside They offered thrifty's ice cream and case you want to grab a cone. There's also an Amazon drop box located in the parking lot. This young skinny kid (who might be the manager, which is even worse) came out and with a rude attitude told me I had to move even though I tried explaining to him I needed to put air in my tire and needed help. Without even letting me finish he said it didn't matter and that if I didn't move he would call a tow truck. All that out of nowhere. He could have approached me politely for one. I had an issue with a credit card that my mom left at the gas station. my mom called and described the card to the manager and mentioned that here son (me) would be picking it up due to the fact that my mom lives 80 miles away from this gas station. the manager okayed this. When i went into the store, a cashier by the name of Teresa was extremely rude and was on a power trip, basically tell me that there was no way she was going to give me the card. I argued for 20 mins then left. she called me back stating i could pick it up and there was a not left on the card to turn it in to me... the big down side was i was already 15 miles away... so i had to turn back around and pick up the card. when i arrived, she still gave me a hard time. I understand the policy of the store and lost cards. my disappointment is due to the attitude Teresa, (the cashier) took up. Came in to pump E-85 and was filming a very personal tribute video for my brother who recently passed. (I just wanted to film myself pumping gas on his car) The manager was extremely rude (he was a very skinny with sort of died brown hair and worked with the cashier Mirna) and I have never felt so disrespected. He could have simply asked us to leave but was super hostile and very unprofessional. I would literally have never expected this from a MANAGER, especially a gas station whom I am a CUSTOMER from. He even went as far as threatening to call the police on us. This gas station needs to reconsider what management is and what the position requirement calls for. I went to this 76 gas station to get ice cream for my grandchildren. I went to the counter and ask him for ice cream cones, on the thrift ice cream section, I was told to go to the freezer and get ice cream. i told him that we wanted ice cream cones. Osmar told us it was to expensive that i can't buy the ice cream cones. and to leave the store. I don't know who in the bleep bleep this guy is. and then on top of that, he is rude in front of my family. This is unacceptable behavior. I will never ever buy gas, snacks there ever again. This gas station is pretty terrible with covid precautions. Half the time I walk in there the employees don't have their masks on.

The gas is usually a bit more, and they try to get you by using the now common trick of posting a price about 10 cents cheaper per gallon for all to see, except you'll likely pay more. In small print it states "Cash or 76 Card gets discount price" The drink prices used to be 99 cents, even for a 44oz fountain drink, but that's now 1.39. Did get the new Coke soda mixer machine though, which is nice and probably explains the price jump. Decent selection of overpriced mini mart junk/food inside. Makes me crazy how many SLOW people are in line all the time buying cigs, or lotto tickets. Clearly I always come at the wrong times. Not the stations fault, but a nuisance either way with going inside. Three stars for at least being generally clean. read more

This place is terrible. I will never return. The cashier was rude and the prices displayed DID NOT match what I was charged by the register. I explained this and even showed the displayed price to the cashier and he just said Sorry there's nothing I can do. So I gave him the wrong price and he asked me to put it back. I said, " You want me to put back up the wrong displayed price in front of the item?" He said, "Yes." The receipt says, " PLNTR HNY RSTD PNT 2/$1 2 @ $0.59 Total $1.18" The last time I went in there and got a Dasani 1 Liter and they charged me tax on the item which its not carbonated and is not taxed! The time before that I went in there and got an Arizona 23oz can and they charged me 10 cents for CRV which it is only 5 cents! Im thinking this station is shady or crooked. Doesn't matter. I drive by here everyday going to work but I refuse to stop there or any 76 station if I can help it. As a gas station, this place is terrible. They are always the highest price around and usually by about 10-15 cents. Plus the gas seems be a little watered down and burns quicker like Arco. No reason to get gas here unless you are bone dry empty. read more

Horrible experience yesterday 8/31/18. The employee, Osmar, was extremely rude and called me "hazelnuts". He knows my last name is not that. He proceeded to tell me that's my name. (I go to this gas station everyday and have never had an issue with the other employees.) He then asked for my first and last name and told me to "fuck off". I was so in shock that I left. Had the worst customer service experience tonight! Took my daughter in tonight to get an ice cream cone and walked out baffled by the complete lack of customer service. Osmar and Dustin we're both working but both refused to serve ice cream after we stood in the front of the line for 10 minutes without any assistance. Watched while Osmar fanned the bathrooms floors and Dustin wouldn't wouldn't serve because he was dirty. Until recently, I would have rated much higher. However, in the past 2 months, I have been by 3 times when their credit/debit system is suddenly "not working". There has been no explanation, no apology, and pretty much a "don't care" attitude by the employees, of which includes the manager and the assistant manager. I have been coming to this particular gas station and food mart for over 15 years and have spent a ridiculous amount of money there, between gas, snacks, and other things. To turn around and get indifferent service after that, not once, but 3 times in 2 months?
