The rep picked up my phone and did nothing but look at it then I was told first I would need a $160 diagnostic with no guarantee of repair then once the problem was diagnosed and once my phone was open and in their possession there would be additional costs for labor and parts. Essentially, I would be held captive to pricing and labor or just forfeit $160 for a useless "free diagnostic." Why couldn't that be told to me over yelp message rather than having me waste my time?

He told me that he didn't want me to believe only a battery replacement was needed only to find out the screen and port doesn't work too or worse just replace a part and a week later the water damage corrodes another part... He recommended I have my phone disassembled-which includes the water damage cleaning treatment and they can test each part of my phone. After they disassembled and cleaned my phone. I was very happy to find out that I didn't need to replace any parts, and my phone was working normally again. I'm not very smart with technology but they were very informative and easy to understand. Very pleased of their timely good work. And of course not having to pay for a new phone!
