I called and they said they would be there until noon and it would take around 15 minutes to complete so I headed over (from over 10 miles away) and got there about 8 minutes before they closed. They ran to the door and locked up while informing me that "you just missed us, sorry" and proceeded to walk to their car. I have sent them numerous new clients because of their pricing, but I will NEVER set foot anywhere near them or their gas station again for any reason. I would rather call roadside assistance and wait 30 minutes in the future. I ended-up driving to MO River Tire instead and got great service at the same price.

If you want a towing company that adds stress instead of helping, go with Slate Towing / I-70…read moreTowing. Otherwise, stay far away. I would never recommend them. My dad's truck was towed there after an accident. We called ahead and were told we could retrieve important personal belongings with proof of insurance or payment. When we showed up, they gave us the runaround and refused access to the vehicle or his belongings. We came back the next business day with another towing company to remove the truck only to find several valuables and important documents had been stolen from the vehicle and parts of the vehicle removed; the title to the vehicle had been stolen, a firearm stolen, his GPS system was stolen and various other valuables missing. When we asked about it, the dark haired, crooked nose female receptionist was laughing about it and her along with other staff denied everything and acted completely dismissive. I70 towing /slate towing are both full of lying, unprofessional THIEVES. I urge you to Use extreme caution dealing with these companies as they're both ran by the same dishonest, corrupt people.

First the salesman said they could not set the oil change light if it hadn't come on yet. One or two people told me this wasn't true. They did take it back and correct this. It was okay then. The person that sold me a $3500 warranty on the vehicle said it was covered from bumper to bumper. This was NOT true. Only mechanical things are covered. Now the seat frame under the drivers seat has broken due to wear. This they say is not covered. It is not covered by my insurance because it is just from wear. I have a little over 61,000 miles on my car it should not be worn out. I am 77 years old and have never known of a seat frame breaking from wear. I came in as a new widow and I think they took advantage of me. I cannot recommend Colombia Honda.
