I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at MO River Gas Station & Tire…read more The posted fuel price did not match what I was charged at the pump. When I asked about the discrepancy, instead of fixing the overcharge, Becky -- the owner -- told me not to "harass" her workers, even though I was calmly asking for the posted price to be honored. She refused to correct the charge, refused to help in any way, and wouldn't provide video evidence that could have easily cleared things up. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. After reviewing the situation, my bank agreed the charge was improper and refunded my money. A business that posts one price, charges another, and then refuses to take responsibility is not a business I can trust. The lack of transparency and professionalism here is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place.

It was around 5:00 PM but they answered the phone. I explained where I was And what happened. He checked to see if he had the correct tire in stock and he did. Said I needed someone to come take the tire off, return to the tire shop, put the new tire on my rim, and then return to get it back on the 5th wheel. Manager said that would be $30 extra--very reasonable. He asked how I would pay. I answered check, cc, or cash. About this time a huge tstorm started raining buckets of rain but a few minutes later the tech pulled up next to me. I told the tech I wasn't in that big of a hurry if he wanted to wait until the storm let up some. He said not to worry, he'd get it. Within 30 minutes, he was back with the new tire and had it on and requested a check for payment. Yes they took an out of state check without even looking at my ID. I gave the guy an extra $20 and was on my way in less than an hour from when I first arrived. Keep in mind it was raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock the entire time. Fantastic service and very reasonable cost. Thank you Midwest Tire!
