When I got to the cashier window, no one was there. 6-7 minutes later someone came to the window took my money and around 7-8 minutes later I got my food. As I was driving off I noticed that the five cars behind me were still waiting to place their order. So, 26 minutes to get my order (one burger) and leave. This happened at 2pm. I'm guessing they had a situation where they were under staffed )someone didn't show up for work, scheduling issue...). I do fast food about once a month and this is one of two places I go. I'll give it another try to see if this visit was just an anomaly.
