I was supposed to be given a ride home while they repaired the car but instead they let me sit in the waiting room they took walk-in customers and when all of the work have been done on the people have took my car in at 11:15 after they job around 4 o'clock and I had plaza with my little dog till 2 o'clock when they finally drove me home so I could drop off the dog and let the other dogs out. The car continued to profusely leak oil. I kept on taking it back in and instead of repairing it they'd say well now we're gonna put it and then when we bring you back then we'll fix it and then I bring it back and then they go well you know you need this little plastic tubes in your car we can't fix it because we can't get the plastic tubes and it's got that turbo boost engine but every time they did this, they let me sit and wait before come back and say we're not gonna do what we were supposed to do we're gonna send you home and bring it back another day. One time I had a 10 o'clock appointment I got there early 935 and sat there until 1115 when they finally called me up and said yeah we ordered some for the car but didn't get here because we don't have any had the auto supply place delivered the why it took so long and and all of this is very exhausting and I finally left after paying them $500 to find another full service engine repair shop to get my car fixed. I think they probably do a very nice job rotating tires and doing tag and you buy three you get the fourth one free tires it's I should have never engaged with them in an oil leak and I accept part of that blame but God it was a horrible week sitting entire plaza in the cold 73 years old never getting it resolved. I would area manager for that store blamed me for having to wait so long for the 10 o'clock appointment because he said you came in early shame on me. I came in 25 minutes early to have the car not be looked at till 11 o'clock 15 but they were saying I was in the wrong for in early at 9:35 for the 10 o'clock appointment which they didn't start until 1115 so shame on me.

I think it is ok but then when I try to pay its $29.99 per blade so the total is about $60. I think its a ripoff so I asked them to undo it. Obviously the tech guy was upset and said it would waste my time. I went out to a Walmart near by and bought a pair for $15, installed them and came back, expecting a quick recheck so the inspection would be completed. At that point, I was told they "didn't have time" to look at the wipers again and that I would need to come back another day for a full inspection. Checking wiper blades takes seconds, so this felt less about time and more about being penalized for not purchasing their overpriced parts. This is retaliatory gate keeping. It left a very bad impression. A state inspection should not be used as leverage to pressure customers into unnecessary or overpriced repairs. If you don't buy add-ons here, be prepared for pushback and inconvenience.

I opted to walk down the street for a slice of pizza while I waited. OK, in all honesty, I DREED going back to these places. They always try to sell you 10 different things, after they have told you the bad news that your car needs a "thingamajob" and a "tinkereytoo". I get it, I don't drive a Mercedes and I probably need to keep up on maintenance more than I do, I get it! They fixed…read morethe diesel particulate filter ($4500) and an oil leak developed over the intake gasket ($1100). Had this fixed and another oil leak developed on the front cam seal and another area and they did fix that one for free but then another oil leak magically appeared but was only seepage.....yeah it is a hemorrhage not a drop or two. . . .this is a car that up to going to their garage did not use oil and had no oil leaks To top it off, they left the car unlocked and some on pilfered through my glovebox and center console they did not bother to tell us this. My wife got in the car to bring it home and both compartments had been emptied, and the contents were scattered all over the floor. Only a few items were missing, but whoever now has my home address because our proof of insurance was in the glovebox . . .so I cannot recommend Walt's at all
