ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a delivery of groceries which were delivered to the wrong location - the door in the photos provided by the driver is brown and there's not a single brown door in the entire building and those directly surrounding me where I live. I noticed immediately and replied to indicate the door photographed was not correct and the driver apologized and said that is where the map took them. I confirmed the address again and even provided a pin via maps to the correct location for a re-delivery. They claimed they cannot locate my address on Google or Maps and that they were being sent back to the location of delivery at each attempt (which was an incorrect location). I receive deliveries all the time and never have I had a misdelivery or this many complications. It got to the point that I even offered to meet them next door at the parking lot of a public hotel to pick the groceries up from the driver directly. They agreed to this, and provided the information of the car which they were driving. I requested they notify me when they arrive and provided the details of my vehicle. From that point forward, the driver never replied or returned any further messages to me. I did follow up again as well to ask if they had arrived (over 20 minutes after we had agreed to meet at the place that is literally next door to my address) and they never replied to this either. Recently I dropped my wallet in the parking lot of Loop. When I realized I came back and asked to…read morelook at the security footage and Daniel, the owner, and I noticed a woman come out to the parking lot and pick up my wallet, get in her car with it, and drive away. Daniel quickly started tracking down the woman with his great knowledge of the community, through asking multiple people he was able to find her and get ahold of her. He found out that the woman had dropped off my wallet at the local post office and I was able to go pick it up the next morning. Daniel spent over 3 hours of his time trying to track down my wallet that I had lost and had been no fault of himself or his business. Great business and an even better guy. Thanks Daniel!
