They thought they were on mute or I was on hold or something but really I was on mute and they were talking about me. they said how is it my problem that you lost your receipt and I have to stop what I was doing to find it. they called me a little girl and said many curse words while complaining about having to find my receipt. when I was taken off mute, I said next time make sure I'm actually on hold before talking about me. I said I didn't lose my receipt, I was never given one and u feel very disrespected by you. In the end, I don't respect that kind of treatment to customers and maybe in the future, they should have a better system of finding past transactions.
