I recently called 3 weeks ago as I had not heard anything from this vendor and wanted to pay off the other limo since some time had passed since the deposit. I talked to at least 3 different employees all of whom said would have to call me back and also stating they did not have the second limo and would have to contact ANOTHER limo company to get the limo I had already reserved back in July. I even had one employee try talking me into 2 smaller SUVs and a car when I had stated I want my bridal party to be together. Never ONCE did I receive a phone call back and the miscommunication between the employees was truly unprofessional. I finally booked with another limo service and asked for my money back. I'm very sad as this company was at the top the recommended vendor list given to me by my venue. They did not hold up their end of the deal to pick us up and drop us off. My group also noticed antifreeze and several water bottles in the van (so clearly they were prepared for this to happen and knew this van was unsafe but still picked 8 of us up anyways). We rented a party bus to take us from Grand Rapids to Detroit this past weekend. Prior to booking,…read morethe customer service was good. I was able to negotiate the price for the group we had and booking was easy. On the day of, our driver was about 20 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time. Once we were on the bus and on the highway, we realized one window was cracked and was not sealed around the edges. At one of the rest stops, I pointed this out to our driver, Scott. He said he would stop and get something to fix it. Because it was so cold, we ended up "fixing" it ourselves with what we had - Meijer bags and paper towels - to keep the cold air from coming in. Prior to doing this, everyone was freezing and it was almost unbearable. The other issue was that he did not have the main door latched all the way, so there was cold air from the front and back of the bus. We were able to fix the window enough that allowed us all to be comfortable and still enjoy our time. Though he was late, we made it to where we needed to be in time. Everyone had a great time and Scott was very nice! It was just a little frustrating in the beginning because you are paying quite a bit of money for something.
