Friday night we had at least 25-30 people, and on Saturday after the service we had 50-60. All of the food was really good, but the care and attention to detail is what really stood out for me! The Sims Way team brought tables, chairs, tableclothes, cutlery, dishes and glasses. They set everything up where we asked. Everything was kept stocked, and all dishes were picked up and the area was kept clean. We had appetizers, main dishes, salads and desserts, plus tea and infused water. The food was beautifully presented and really tasty. We had almost nothing left over, as everyone in attendance enjoyed the food so much! Coretta suggested items, and also made some dishes I asked for from a catering company I had used in another state. I don't live in Clemson, and I was facilitating all of this from out of state - via email and text, and calls. Coretta is very professional, quick to respond and quote, and takes everything in stride. She is a kind person with a lovely demeanor, as are the members of her team. This was a stressful/challenging time for our family, and contracting with her made the entire situation much easier! I cannot say enough good about this experience.
