Our children and grandchildren flew into Greenville for a week to celebrate my 70th birthday. One of the days we had a swim party to celebrate the birthday. Chef360 catered the event. They went well beyond our expecations. The food.....the adults could not say enough about the exceptioal taste of the salads, entrees, (unbelievable fish tacos) and of course thw sweets. I can not sing their praises enough! Chef360 catered my brunch wedding reception and not only was it THE BEST wedding food I have ever had (flavorful, no salt or sauces needed), but they picked up the slack for the poor service of the venue! They made this special day all the better! They made sure everyone was well fed; allowed leftovers to be taken home by guests (what caterer comes prepared with take out containers?); and when they heard that my husband was a bacon fanatic from one of the guests, they PACKED HIM A HUGE SPREAD of breakfast meats. I went to many cooking classes @ Chef 360 Catering in Greer, SC. It was a great experience! Many new things to learn, new cooking skills to acquire and the staff was very helpful and professional. Fun, fun way to spend your free time and bring home yummy samples. Chef Peter and his team are awesome! The meals in a jar class was a great idea and my family loved them as presents. The Tour of Europe with wine pairing dinner was a big hit with my hubby and delicious! They can cater any size event and the food is always fabulous. What a way to set the tone for a creative and productive meeting! First class service mixed with humor and energy BUT the enthusiasm and passion for cooking turned our mediocre team into chicken prepping masters (or so we thought)!
