In our walkthrough before the team left, we noticed how attentive to detail they were...and then we go to the home office. Which they had not touched. They kindly reached out to their office for guidance as they were told we had 4 bedrooms and the office would have been a fifth bedroom. The office said it was not included - even though their quote was based on my photos, which were clearly labeled and clear to see were of that space. I refused their offer to do it as an add on (I paid you a reasonable fee for my whole home already...this is not reasonable). Claimed they would mop and dust which was never done. Constantly had to check cameras for footage and send it to them to prove services were never done. We now have a supply for years of both. I urge people to check their cameras to check on these people as we were being lied to for well over 6 months. They were charging us $900 to show up for 30 minutes and take out the trash.

The person I spoke with asked me to send photos, which I did, along with the exact product name, approximate square footage, access details, and the fact that portable equipment and furniture moving would be needed. I also clarified that I was not looking to add any new wax, gloss, seal, or coating -- only to remove the buildup and return the floor as close as possible to its natural clean finish. The issue for me was the tone of his response and the lack of follow-through afterward. He stated that the floor should not have been sealed or coated, which may be true, but the way he said it came across as judgmental and dismissive rather than helpful or solution-oriented. It felt less like guidance from a professional and more like I was being scolded for the condition of the floor. After I provided the requested photos and details, I never received a clear recommendation, final quote, or follow-up.
