Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a basic apology, they immediately responded with, "Well, there's nothing we can do once you leave the store." After being a loyal customer for over three years, this kind of treatment is unacceptable -- and frankly, shocking. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. This wasn't about the cost of the item -- it was about principle and respect. I expected at least a sincere acknowledgment, not a cold dismissal. In the end, it's just a protein shake (which they made correctly) and a peanut butter bowl with no Açaí, and my daughter loves peanut butter - she wins. We also got their Columbian Plus smoothie and it was a nice balance of flavors and not too sweet like Pulp can sometimes be. They use much healthier ingredients also, for example they make their own peanut butter instead of using Skippy which is not healthy at all like at Pulp. I'm excited to try out their other smoothie, wraps and salad options. We will definitely be back and this will be our go-to smoothie place from now on!

Most times it's good though as long as the employees put effort into making them. I've had their wraps too and I've liked them! I saw that they now have smoothie bowls on their menus also. They do send out buy one get one free coupons, but you really have to look for these. My dad is obsessed with the strawberry banana smoothie so we'll go if we have a BOGO coupon. And it has some of the most amazing offerings you will find outside of the Mediterranean community.
