Did a search for locksmiths. First one to hit me back was Arman. After a short text back, he said give him 35 or 40 minutes. Well he got here in maybe 25. So were off to a good start already. They didn't dawdle, exchanged a couple of howdies, got right to work. Within 10 minutes, trunk was popped, keys retrieved, crisis averted. This was more than amazing. Night, raining, they still got here super timely and got the job done with no damage to the car. Hopefully I never need a locksmith again soon. If I do? Arman.

I apologized to Arman for adding the items and he was so kind and treated it as no big deal "that's what we are here for". Really appreciated the service and quality! Will definitely use them again for the next projects!

They did not replace the opener box, chains, or any other major hardware. Despite the limited work performed, I was charged $2,232 (nearly $2,300 after the credit card processing fee). I feel this price was extremely high for a basic spring replacement service. I recommend getting multiple estimates before agreeing to any work.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share our horrible experience with this Construction company called owned…read moreby Omri Nagar. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with this company, particularly with the owner Omri. With time we also learned that we are not the only family that went through that with him. Omri is an amateur, unprofessional, and a greedy person that tries to cash out as fast as possible without taking responsibilities for his wrongdoing and damages. Just to list a few things that were done: He destroyed one of our appliances that we were very clear on our intention to keep, he painted our master bedroom that was renovated few months prior to construction and was instructed not to touch it, he removed one of the interior doors and placed it outside for days which caused it to rotten, he took 2 large pieces of our granite countertops without our permission and after we asked to keep them, he destroyed the new flooring by trying to clean them with a material that clearly states on the label that it is not recommended for this kind of flooring. On that last example on the flooring, he later confessed that it was his first time doing that type of flooring. That was very frustrating. He didn't finish the work that he was already payed for and just left the site. The best way to show his work is to see it. Images of his amateur work are attached. Update: I just read your response. Unsurprisingly, the way you handle this review as exactly the same way as you handle the low standard of your work, the damages and missing items throughout your project. I added images of the transactions showing some of the money I paid you. Readers with common sense and basic decency will judge by themselves if I was a customer or not.

Additionally, the floor is detaching from the baseboards. To make matters worse, they caused damage to my dishwasher and took two large granite slabs from the property without explanation. This has been a costly and stressful experience, and I would not recommend their services. We are not surprised by your arrogance and denial, we want to warn others to be aware! I truly hope our house was your last project in your unsuccessful career as so called contractor. Lying and cheating will not get you far!

After multiple service visits, the technician determined there was a manufacturing defect and offered us the option to replace it with another Chamberlain or upgrade to a LiftMaster. We agreed to the LiftMaster upgrade for the additional $226. Unfortunately, dealing with the owner was extremely frustrating. Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and after initially agreeing to the $226 upgrade, we were later told the LiftMaster would be full price. After pushing back, they ultimately honored the original $226 agreement. Then, when the technician arrived, we were unexpectedly told we needed larger brackets for another $200. This cost had never been discussed beforehand, leaving us feeling put on the spot. We later found comparable brackets online for approximately $5-$35. I do want to recognize Jessica, who was consistently helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Our frustration is with the owner's handling of the situation and the lack of transparency and communication. The LiftMaster was eventually installed, but the overall experience involved far too much back-and-forth, unexpected costs, and poor communication. We would not recommend this company.
