Once of the Etsy store patches did not reflect the provided logo correctly. Keep in mind when you are ordering online these are the kinds of issues you can run into. So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. I was in West Valley on Thursday, but she stuck around on a Friday afternoon until I was able to pick it up and the shirt was perfect. My best man caught the shirt and plans to toss it at his wedding.

He will literally just sit there minding his own damn business not giving a crap about what you're there for. I stood there for 10 freaking minutes waiting for him to at least acknowledge me. I get it, he's with a "client" but you can't take at least 2 seconds of your time to say hello or I'll be with you in a second? I had to interrupt him and ask for help. Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. Breach of Contract…read more I contracted with Az Pro Signs on 12/21/2011 for a Carbon Fiber Wrap of my rear bumper with a 3 year warranty for vertical surfaces and 1 year for horizontal surfaces. I paid $405.48 for this contract. I took my car back to them in July 2012 with a defect in the rear bumper wrap. I offered to pay Jason P. for the work. Jason said that he did not like the way I looked, would take money for repair and did not want me to come back to his shop again. Another company reviewed the Az Pro Signs work said it was substandard quality and would have to strip the entire rear bumper and start from scratch If I wanted a warranty. Because I no longer have a warranty from Az Pro Signs I want a complete refund of $405.58 to have the job done right by another shop.

What was most remarkable, however, was that within hours of sending my final proof to Jason, the owner, he had it printed and shipped via overnight service so it was in my hands LESS than 24 hours after I placed the order! I had a few questions while I was designing our banner and Jason always responded very quickly in a friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend his company for banners and signs big and small.

I ordered about 150 shirts for my deployed unit and they came out amazing. Everyone loved the Next Level material as well as the design (we created and sent in). Once I ordered/paid for them the turn around date was exactly 30 days. Now some until members want to order more since they came out so great. So pleased with the customer service that Ashley Morales gave me, she helped me out tremendously and answered all my emails in a timely manner. Thank you MM for the great service and shirts. Best flipping experience ever with ordering custom shirts. I ordered 50 or so custom short & long sleeve shirt for a military unit and this company was ricky-tick quick on getting a design print and quote back. Shirts shipped in half the time they said they would. If you don't use these guys for your custom printing needs you are insane. read more
