We haven't received any classes (paid for) haven't given me advice towards getting their citizenship. I had to look it up myself. They have not provided the interpreters name or any information regarding the citizenship. I asked whether the interpreter would show up but they only said if they don't you'll get a refund but now they would have to take a test without an interpreter. Avoid this service! If you could find someone else i would recommend it. Edit: My parents got called and asked to get the review taken down so I deleted it but after hearing more details of what happened i decided to add more information instead. When filing the paperwork for the citizenship my parents noticed 6 errors. When my parents would try to get into contact with them, they were never able to get into contact with them. Sometimes they got through and put on hold for a hour and during the wait getting hung up on. The classes were paid for and never given. The interpreter did show up luckly and my parent passed their citizenship.
