The decor is sharp and clean. Very little wear and tear. Staff is friendly. Rooms are all suites and are good looking. Beds are comfortable. The only thing that was a little off in our room is that when the A/C started up, it literally sounded like a jet engine whirling up. I slept okay with the noise, my daughter not so much. Pool is nice but not overly large and there are a couple separate sitting area's vicinity of the pool. One had a pergola over it and the other had a fire pit. There is also a event/conference center located within the hotel. Bar is fair sized and was busy in the evenings. Fitness Center has several treadmills and some free weights. Not a lot, but you can get a work out in. Hot breakfast is included. First day it was pretty good, second day, they ran out of food and brought out breakfast sandwiches that had been frozen, the issue was when they were reheated, the inside sausage patty was still partially frozen. You scan even make your own waffles, however, on the 2nd day, one of the waffle makers stopped working. Long lines and you couldn't get a waffle. Both were disappointing and a bit of a swing and miss. Parking is complimentary. Except for the breakfast issue and the jet engine for an air conditioning, it was a very nice stay.

Then at night, there was some loud bass sound that started each morning around 4 and kept going until 9. He phone message started blinking red but there was no message and no way to stop it. When the ac kicked on, it was loud and very strong. Of course, it was meant to cool the entire room so I get that it had to be strong. But it still sounded like a jet engine warming up. The staff was good, but for the price and location it left a lot to be desired. If you are going to say you are by the lake, it would be nice if you could see the lake from more than one room on the top floor.
