It was her first...everything, and she'd love to preserve the happiest memories of us. You confirmed that you do bouquet preservation, and asked us to provide photos, but also stated that you were busy so you could not stop by to pick up the bouquet until Monday - it's under 20 minutes of driving distance to your business location, so distance wasn't a challenge, and we would've gladly dropped it off had you asked. She called you again around noon today, which you answered and said to stop by around 6PM to pick up the bouquet. We texted you again around 7PM after waiting. I will never forget how the hope and light on my wife's face faded to disappointment in the spam of a minute or so. You forgot, and claimed that because you have so much other Thanksgiving business to handle, you have to leave town and will not be stopping by. The flowers have started to wilt since last week. We waited by your request and now my wife will not have her wedding bouquet preserved. Disappointment and disrespect don't even begin to describe what you've managed to achieve. If you've ever wondered how you could possibly provide the worst service via negligence and casual callousness, then this is it.

Must be the heat.) they got a really great guy at the front counter with an amazing and positive attitude and so good with games with the kids. Never heard of the Zombie tag game but the kids loved it. Fans throughout to keep the parents cool. Our annual stop when we are in town and the kids loved it as always. A little workout midday to wear them out is always a bonus. Located inside Firewheel definitely bring your kids in! ***upon further review I assume the owner is cheap because the recurring theme is to turn the AC off in the summer time. Sad! You charge enough and have enough customers to make it comfortable for your patrons. Will report to the County/City Public Health Board. We will see if the fine is cheaper.

Do you watch Ninja Warriors? Then this is the spot for you! Indoor facility with a variety of obstacles for kids that adults can also partake in, just gotta sign a waiver. Groupon usually has group packages and they also have birthday parties here. I saw one going on yesterday and the staff assisting the party was awesome! Areas for the tiny ninjas too The Bad: They just got swamp coolers, air conditioning either wasn't working or they just didn't use it. Either way you came to sweat so it's really not that bad. Also, the foam bricks will get you all dusty and possibly in the eye, I speak from experience. Just be cautious. You signed the wavier. The Ugly: bathrooms but their bathrooms. Cope. Fantastic place, I will always bring my kids here during summer vacations to Texas!

I reached out to Dallas Palms via email on April 10, 2025, to share our concerns privately. As of…read moreApril 22, there has been no response, so I am posting this review to help inform other couples. We held our wedding on March 29, 2025, with over 500 guests, including many who traveled from out of state and internationally. While the celebration was memorable in many ways, it was due largely to the hard work of our family and the patience of our guests. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the venue that significantly impacted our experience. * Venue Access: We were promised full use of the Bellaire room, but only received access to half due to construction. We were not made aware of the final changes until the day of the event. This impacted layout and vendor setup, leading to unexpected additional costs. * Power Accessibility: Several electrical outlets were not functioning, creating complications for our vendors. * Restroom Conditions: Restrooms were not cleaned or maintained during the event and lacked hot water. Multiple guests brought this to our attention. * Weather Contingency: A tent was discussed in early planning as a complimentary option in the event of rain. We were later told--one day before the wedding--that it would cost $10,000 and had to be arranged a week in advance. Unfortunately, it rained during the event, and no coverage was provided. * Safety Concerns: During the rainstorm, staff began mopping the floors while guests sought shelter, and no wet floor signs were posted. This created safety concerns. * Seating Plan Issues: A detailed seating chart and layout were sent via email and reviewed during our walkthrough. On the wedding day, the plan was not followed. When we asked for clarification, the coordinator - Cathy, said she never received it, despite email confirmation on March 11th. * A/V Services: We paid $811 for six TVs to display our short film and seating plan. The TVs were non-functional during the event, and the on-site technician was not present. We were informed for the first time that our external DJ was expected to manage the venue's equipment, which was not part of the agreement. * Security and Staffing: We were told there would be two security officers, but only one was present. Several tables, including key family seating, were missing. The day-of coordinator, Cathy - was unavailable at critical times, and our family had to step in to support logistics during the storm. We paid over $35,000 and took many steps to confirm details in advance, including sending a comprehensive planning booklet and email follow-ups. Despite that, the event day was marked by disorganization and unfulfilled commitments. Our wedding was a once-in-a-lifetime moment. We had hoped for a smooth and professional experience. I'm sharing this review so others can make informed decisions when selecting a venue for such an important occasion. (Please check Google Reviews if you'd like to see supporting videos)

Half the event was held outside, and when it rained, there was no contingency plan. The owner's only solution was to tell our guests--many of whom flew in from around the world--to go home. We reached out privately and never received a response. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

So seeing everything they had to offer was quite a surprise to me! The event ran from 12-5pm and consisted of a bunch of different wedding vendors that come and advertise their services. There was also a wedding dress fashion show that showcased different styles of wedding dresses made by a certain wedding dress store (I don't remember the name, it was run by a mother-daughter-duo). The wedding vendors consisted of cake catering services (sign up for complimentary cake tastings! And free cake samples!).. different venues like Hilton and Marriott.. Dress companies... wedding photographers with beautifully bound albums and portraits that display their work.. makeup and hair artists.. Rent-a-lounge companies... fitness camp trainers advertising a 6 week get-into-shape-for-your-dress-program for only $69.. Photo booth companies (my favorite part!) that let you try out their different photobooths (extra useful since some photobooths had more pros/cons than others, such as picture quality, or photo countdown was way too fast, etc)... Those companies that let you host makeup-beauty product- sex toy demonstrations at your home for bachelorette parties... So many different types of wedding vendors that you'd find useful for your wedding! Also, free stuff!!!!! Free stuff at every booth, and also there was a giveaway at the end of the fashion show! Gave away $50, $200, $500, $2000 gift cards/certificates to different venues... So if you're getting married, definitely come check out this bridal show for your different bridal needs! It's everything you need, all in one spot! Helpful tip: do create a brand new email for all your bridal needs bc the email you use to sign up for giveaways WILL get spammed.
