When questioned about the discrepancy, they state their flowers are beautiful and no refunds or credits. More power to them I guess, but im done with them ! will take my frequent floral orders elsewhere ! The ladies that work there seem nice, and I want to support them, I just wish they would return the same courtesy to a dissatisfied customer on a $400 arrangement!

They did the décor for us for three consecutive days at three different venues (Our backyard, Wedding Venue, and a Reception Hall) all with various themes and color schemes. We wanted to make things a bit colorful for our backyard and the wedding venue so they came up with options that we absolutely adored. We wanted to however stick with neutral and pastel colors for the reception hall and we were blown away by the décor they did. They are very professional, have great customer service, easy to work with, understand our needs, and their work is of great quality. They were on top of things when it came to décor; food/cake (of our taste palate) sampling; and not to forget the top notch music (soft and soothing music during cocktail hours followed by some great dance numbers later in the evening).
