"I can't say enough good things about ML Tree Services specially Marvin and his team!" They recently helped with tree removal, trimming, and stump grinding on my property, and the entire experience was fantastic. He was prompt in replying and came to my house asap due to the emergency caused by mother nature. He gave me a very affordable price, which made me agree right away. He returned with his team and got the job done immediately. He truly was a blessing in my time of need. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled--they handled everything safely and efficiently. What really stood out was their attention to detail and cleanup. They left my yard looking better than before! Plus, their pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises. I posted a landscaping project on Yelp and Marvin of ML Tree Service responded almost instantly. He came by my house that same morning to give me an estimate. I found his pricing to be completely fair and more than competitiive. He said he could work on the job within 2 days. We agreed on this and we were all set. Marvin showed up exactly as promised bright and early 2 days later. He very promptly got to work. Within a couple hours, he had removed a tree (including stump & roots) and relocated large bushes for me. Marvin's crew quickly chipped the tree and everything was fully disposed of by his team. Marvin is truly a professional that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! His punctuality, efficiency and professionalism is truly top-notch! read more

It is the time of first heavy rain of the season. And we are worried about the huge 200 ft eucalyptus falling on us or our neighbors. Our previous tree guy has been told us it is fine for a few years and now he is retired and we are in desperate search for a new goto tree guy. Based on our experience, not many ppl would like to deal with our eucalyptus, so I sent requests to almost all 5-star firms in the area. Marvin was able to come out in a few hours and discussed with me in details how to trim it and even draw on his iPhone how trimming will be done. The first ppl to show us in such an intuitive way. Due to our tight construction schedule, Marvin was able to fit in within a week. What a relief getting into the rainy season. Here are photos before and after read more

Marvin and his team arrived ready to work and finished our tree "trimming" within an hour of starting. We have a huge Monterey Cyprus impeding the view of our neighbors that is ground into other yards, preventing us from building a fence. Marvin's took our job to cut the main trunk back and many limbs (not a small job with such a big tree). Theteam was safe and efficient. After the work was done they even graciously cleared the fallen leaves from a part of the yard they didn't even work in! Marvin kindly let me check the work and then they were on their way to the next job. I am grateful to them for getting our yard ready for a fence...and one day a dog. Yay!!! I recommend ML Tree Service for your next yard or tree job needs. read more

Marvin and his crew came to my house today to prune my 31 year old Monterey Pine, which was in dire need. They arrived right on time, were very nice and went straight to work. Team arrived on time and tree was removed with minimal damages to surrounding area. Stump removed as agreed however when I requested that some additional roots be grinded down and I looked elsewhere, I saw the workers do some more grinding than run away to load their tool up in the truck so I would not have a chance to approve the final grinding job. read more

Submitted Yelp "Request a Quote" feature on 1/4 at 8p, got a response from Manuel 15 min later and scheduled a 10a visit for an estimate on 1/5. I also like the fact this comes with a Yelp guarantee. He was initially thinking he'd have to come back on 1/6 for the tree removal, but was able to come back the same day in the afternoon to complete the job with his crew. Crew made quick work of the two trees we had in our backyard, and grinded down the remaining overgrown roots. Now I no longer have to worry about high winds. Already passed along his info to a friend and my parents. Pics attached to my review. Thanks ML! read more

They responded quickly, with a good price for my branch removal, but then I decided I wanted the tree cut down. They came the next morning and cut down my big tree (maybe 50+ feet tall) in around 4 hours. I asked them to cut the big wood into fireplace sized logs, which they did and they stacked the logs for me as well. Courteous and professional. They cleaned the debris from the tree work up nicely. Marvin responded immediately (on a Sunday!) to give us a very competitive quote in person. His four-man team pruned 3 trees - a large mature sycamore, a mature weeping birch, and an ornamental plum. One of my smaller palm trees - about 7-8 feet tall - had fallen overnight. Also one of the fronds on my tall palms was dangling half off. I contacted a few different businesses on yelp. Marvin responded almost instantly before 8AM on a Sunday morning. Came by and gave me a quote within 30 minutes. They got everything taken care of the same day. They cleaned up all my tall palms and got rid of the smaller palm that had fallen. Cleaned up and hauled away everything. They were punctual and professional and thorough.
