When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. When I called to request that they return to straighten the pipe, I was told that the next time "they were in the area," they would come by. But that never happened, despite multiple calls. Next, I received a postcard from Lass claiming that they would winterize the system, but they did not appear as scheduled. When I called, they said they would no longer service my area. Unprofessional with poor customer service. Then, I had to pay another provider to winterize the system. Promising to "stop by when in the area" is hardly a commitment to good service.
