When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. I watched 4 of them using blowers huddled together. They also seem not to care that more cars are in the parking spaces. They were blowing twigs and dirt rocks right at parked cars. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer.
