I recently had the misfortune of visiting this nail salon, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the uncleanliness of the place. The floors were sticky, and I noticed the tools being used were not properly sanitized. This alone raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety. The staff was not only unfriendly but also shockingly unprofessional. My nail technician seemed completely uninterested in providing quality service. She rushed through my manicure, leaving my nails uneven and poorly painted. I could see the polish had already started to chip by the time I left the salon. To make matters worse, I developed an infection shortly after my visit, which I can only attribute to their lack of proper sanitation practices. I strongly urge anyone considering this salon to think twice. The combination of poor service, unhygienic conditions, and unqualified staff is a recipe for disaster. I'm surprised at how many bad reviews are on here. I have to say I am more than happy with the nails I got and they were at a reasonable price as well. When I got there they helped me immediately and when it got busy the guy doing my nails stopped and made sure they checked in and were happy. I didn't mind at all because I did ask for a more complicated design that took longer (50 minutes). Overall, they did an outstanding job, it was clean, and he was super funny and kind. read more

Go to location for nails! I have tried every location in bend for acrylic sets and MK is the best nail salon in town. My recommendation is to set up an appointment with Nancy, she is my nail tech and the only nail tech I will see. She takes time to do my nails usually a hour to hour and a half. She will leave you with gorgeously shaped clean cut nails every time. She does beautiful work and is amazing what she does. Her work is worth the wait. read more

I was so happy with my gel pedicure today! The man that did it was really nice and open to talking if I wanted to or just focus on my toes if I wanted to enjoy the massage chair. The music was very relaxing and my toes look great! The foot massage is my favorite part and he did a wonderful job. I will definitely be back, I have been looking for a salon like this in Bend! They are one of the worst nail salons in Bend!! They changed me over $90 to get acrylics done, and didn't even tell me how much extra they were charging. And when several nails broke the NEXT DAY they refused to work with me to get me in on my lunch break! They're horrible and talk about you while you're sitting there!! I never suggest anyone goes. Not only is she super talented but speaks very good English and has a superrrrr sweet personality..
