I deal with a lot of vendors and I knew my same-day request (on a Saturday no less) would probably be met with cranky "not possible in the timeline" responses. Instead, I met Jolene on the other end of the phone. What a warm and positive person! She immediately took on my problems with grace and alacrity. She not only solved the heaters and blanket asks but also added so many details that I would never have thought of. Baskets to hold the blankets. Blankets tied with twine. Additional black napkins in case someone was wearing a dark outfit. Found local wines and beers. Just extremely thoughtful in everything she did. My event was not big or expensive. I'm from out of town so I'm probably not a repeat client (wish I could be!). And I had a very last minute weekend request. And Jolene pulled through 110%. I would trust her to plan just about anything. You'll be in the best hands.

We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Elizabeth. Elizabeth has a true gift for designing and executing inspired weddings, and we are fortunate that she helped us create a wedding ceremony and wedding reception that was an authentic expression of our love story. Elizabeth's services are: Bespoke. Customized. One-of-a-kind. Tailor Made. In other words, the exact planner that every bride dreams of having on her side. While I'd been in a few weddings, I had no concept of what planning a wedding actually entailed. I quickly learned that planning a wedding - regardless of size or budget - is an endless series of decisions and hiring Elizabeth turned out to be the BEST decision we made. Elizabeth guided me through all the planning decisions, offering the best vendor recommendations and expert advice. As a result of her knowledge and experience in the industry, I had every bride's VENDOR DREAM TEAM. Elizabeth helped me with hundreds of décor, wedding timeline, ceremony, and catering decisions until I felt completely comfortable (and excited!) about what I was choosing. She sent me monthly punch lists that kept us on track and at our best. As a result of Elizabeth's leadership, event management, and wedding industry experience, my dreams of a beautiful Colorado mountain wedding were fulfilled. Through her effort to really get to know us as individuals, and as a couple, Elizabeth helped us weave meaning, emotion, and ourselves into every element and detail of our wedding day. Elizabeth is honestly one of the most caring and talented professionals I've met, and through her one-of-a-kind and personal approach to designing events, she flawlessly executed the most special day of my life. In Elizabeth, I found a mentor and a true friend! I can't wait to hire her again!! She had a beautiful vision of our wedding (which she named "Sex and The City Goes Camping") and when it all came together it was unreal. Never once did I doubt her vision, nor did I think she was far from my own vision, I am just so ecstatic about how it all came together and how beautiful the whole weekend ended up being. We get so many compliments on our wedding now, a few months later. I really think that have a wedding planner alleviated some of the stress, I had someone else to depend on that actually knew what needed to be done and that put my mind at ease. It really helped to have someone to ask questions on etiquette, invitations, what vendors to use, etc... I would highly recommend Table 6 Productions!!!! Thanks for such an amazing wedding!

We absolutely loved the location, with gorgeous mountain views in the background, and we were also in love with the ambiance and décor, which had a kind of modern luxe feel to it with an absolutely stunning crystal chandelier in the entry, beautiful recessed LED lighting in the ceilings, and large two story floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom. We also both appreciated the very up front pricing breakdown we were provided after touring. It's a bit hard to get a true "all-in" price from some venues, and we've heard of other family members who got bills at the end of their weddings which they weren't necessarily expecting, so having a clear all-in price up front was definitely appreciated while we were planning. The catering was seriously impressive. Both of us loved all of the food, from the appetizers to the mains. This hasn't always been my experience at other weddings - I've had to choke down my share of overcooked chicken or fairly basic cheese and cracker appetizers at other events. Quite a few people mentioned how good the food was; the prime rib carving station in particular was a very big hit! The quality of the catering really added a lot to the overall atmosphere. We absolutely loved having a dedicated day-of coordinator and banquet captain! Calypso was a delight to work with in the planning stages, was very proactive about checking in with us to make sure things were on schedule and very responsive to any questions we had as we were planning out the day! She was extremely organized and efficient in coordinating everything on the day of; we honestly didn't have to do any setup or coordination or problem-solving at all on the big day. We both felt very well taken care of, the whole thing just flowed with an efficiency that looked almost effortless somehow. We brought a pretty substantial amount of our own decorations to give the whole thing a personal touch, and they even broke all of those down and packed them up for us so we could just grab them early the next morning, which was an entirely unexpected but much appreciated little touch that freed us up from having to do any teardown after the wedding! Wedgewoods all in one packages took a lot of the stress out of vendor selection for other services too. We got to print lovely invites and save the dates through their stationary website, got an excellent DJ included in our package, worked with photographers who were familiar with the venue and had shot a number of weddings there (which makes a noticeable difference in the efficiency of getting all your posed shots done after the ceremony), got an excellent baker to do our cake, and got a wonderful florist to do centerpieces, bouquets, and an arch installation. Having quality vendors who have worked this venue before really contributed to a seamless flow on wedding day, and we were in love with the work all of them did, so we greatly enjoyed having all of those vendors included in our package from the get-go! Honestly, having planned a wedding this way, I'm struggling to imagine doing it any other way now. I don't really see how it could be possible for the planning and execution to be any more seamless. Several of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they'd ever attended; easy to write that off as maybe just a nice thing for a guest to say, but it honestly seemed pretty sincere, and we got that feedback from more than a couple of people. The whole thing ran like a well-oiled machine and I think people really noticed that. A big thanks to the team at Ashley Ridge! It was exactly the day we wanted, we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out!!
