I don't understand how a manager And a pretty popular restaurant in Martinsburg doesn't know the rules about ADA compliance and service dogs keep in mind it was a Thursday night. The bar area is self-seating.I chose to sit in the bar area...the only remaining big table with high chairs/table...it was packed! The happy hour is pretty awesome here.
