Every associate I encountered demonstrated courtesy, patience, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Dealing with a roof leak can be stressful, especially when you're uncertain about the extent of the damage and the repairs needed. However, the team made the entire experience much more comfortable through their communication, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done right. A very special thank-you goes to Tony, who truly turned what began as a doubtful and frustrating situation into an extremely positive experience. His willingness to listen, address my concerns, and provide reassurance throughout the process made all the difference. Tony demonstrated the kind of integrity, compassion, and customer service that every homeowner hopes to receive when facing an unexpected home repair. I am extremely grateful for his efforts and the entire Mr. Pups Roofing team. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism, quality service, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

At that meeting we signed a contract for new roofing, skylight, and gutters/downspouts installation. We did not feel pressured to sign. Tony was the manager in charge of the crew for our installation on Oct 24 & 25. He called me two days before to give me important details and to provide time to answer any questions that I had. Tony texted me on Saturday afternoon to let me know how the installation was going and to provide photos. The new roof and skylight were completed Sunday afternoon. Tony again texted me photos and let me know that the gutters & downspouts were being installed on Monday. Tony also called me several times to make sure that our communication was clear. Very thorough and paid attention to details. We got to see the finished product Monday afternoon. The roof looks great! We really like the look of the medium gray architectural shingles. The skylight provides great natural light. I highly recommend adding a skylight. Our attic is not a finished living space. It does have a staircase and provides storage space. The attic no longer feels like a dark dungeon. On Monday new gutters & downspouts were installed. Everything looks Great! Our well kept lawn was not impacted. This crew cleaned up and did not leave any trace of the debris from removing the old roof and installing a new one. It was very easy to pay for the installation. This company offers many options. I highly recommend this company. I wish that I had more photos. These pics are good, but the roof looks so much better in person.

Apparently they are unfamiliar with the fact that they are on Groupon so I had to call back when someone from the company was in the office to get on the schedule. They had availability for two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush so I don't mind the wait. I wasn't scheduled for the 12-4 time window. On the day of I had a work commitment that came up last minute. They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Highly recommended.

I had tipped each of the 5 workers and was sorry I did. I let the representative know about the mess. Now, since the big winds in March, I've lost lots more shingles. My claim adjustor and the roof assessor just examined damage inside and out. Their conclusion was that Rosedale did a poor job of patching.

Jose and his team did a fantastic job at my home! I had a master bathroom toilet clog because a…read moreflooring company I hired last year installed the toilet incorrectly, causing the subfloor to rot, and the water to leak into a just renovated area below that room. I would not hesitate to hire Jose's company again. They did the following: (1) pulled up that toilet and removed rotting subfloor and replaced the subfloor and the pipe leading to the toilet; (2) installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring in that bathroom; (3) fixed a vanity drawer in that bathroom that would not stay closed; (4) replaced medicine cabinet in that bathroom. Because he was so thorough, I asked him to check the guest bathroom toilet. Turns out that toilet also had problems, and his repair likely saved me from another leak. Downstairs, he and his team did the following: (1) put new drywall into the areas a water mitigation company did demolition in order to allow the area to fully dry; (2) painted that area and any other areas that needed a touch-up; (3) hung a new bathroom mirror after another company broke the mirror that had been there since 2014. Jose shows up early and works late. He keeps you informed the entire time. He is genuinely nice and is very respectful of your home -- he covered up the floors and furniture and left my home very clean. He is also licensed. I am pretty sure that the flooring company I used last year has an owner (who doesn't do the actual work) with a license, but the people who do the work likely aren't licensed. This makes a difference. So if you are reading this wondering if you should consider Jose's company, please do not hesitate to hire him!
