The quality of haircuts has gone down to prison levels. My son got butchered when he got his haircut. He showed the barber a picture of what he wanted and it didn't even come close when done. I came in for a fade and left with a half shaved head. My attempts to ask for a better fade or even rephrasing it as a better transition was left with confusion by my barber. I could tell he wasn't comfortable cutting black hair. I came home and was laughed at by my girlfriend and family. My coworkers also had a great laugh on the haircut. I rly enjoy going here. The environment is nice. They accept walk-ins and they're very friendly. Some people have bad experiences but I feel like it depends who your barber is. I only cut my hair with Connie. I always look fresh coming out of the shop. I don't like anyone cutting my hair except her. She's rly good with fades and she even remembers what fade I want. I pay $25 for my hair cut with her and it's definitely worth it. I cut my hair with another barber there and I didn't rly like the cut. Ever since I cut my hair with Connie I'm always a reg. This barbershop is awful! First off, what's the point of booking an appointment if they don't honor it? Second, they don't clean their stations properly. Lastly, they gave me an awful haircut. They attempted to line up my hair and messed it all up. The barber seemed to be bothered by asking him to touch up a couple of areas he missed. Overall it was a terrible experience. Non-black barbers were in the establishment saying the n-word (a couple of times with the hard -er) while black clients were inside shop. Completely unprofessional and wildly racist. Wouldn't recommend any black client (or anyone who isn't racist) coming into this shop. It ruined the entire mood and ensured I won't be back here ever again. read more

do not go to the guy on the right, as soon as you enter the door the guy on the right do not go to him, he rushes the haircut isn't careful drops his tools, he left my hair uneven and didn't listen to my instructions and had the audacity to charge me $30 after i complained. this is the worst haircut i've ever received, i asked for a low taper and he asked for a photo, he's inexperienced. i don't know how he qualified to work at this establishment but i don't recommend going to him, he also cut an excessive amount of my hair without me telling him. This is definitely one of my favorite barbershops I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and they greet you as soon as you walk in. They are always staffed and have plenty of chairs to sit. They have good barbers. My feedback to customers is that they do not have a good procedure to know which customer is next for a haircut and that may delay your haircut an additional 1 hour. For example, on Friday May 25th I waited for my turn for any barber and no one reach out to say you are next instead they consider other customers who had come after me. They do poorly in this area. Again went back on May 29th,l to try to get a haircut. Waited for two hours and no one help. Poor customer service and now have lost a customer in me. read more
