Bad customer service. My husband and I walked in on a Wednesday (Yesterday). It is super awkward when you walk in, there was 3 barbers and not one said anything. Their were 4 guys waiting before my husband and literally all 3 of the barbers kept walking out and leaving their clients in the chair waiting. Ummm very unprofessional! Alex, I believe is his name made a stupid comment to my husband. Seems cocky af, needs to step off his high horse a bit.We waited about 5 mins and they just kept stepping out over and over again. Ok place. Was kinda bummed when the same barber charged me two different prices for the same haircut on two occasions. I'm assuming each individual barber sets their own prices. The first time it was 18 dollars for a zero no clip which he turned out to do with a electric razor. Second time same exact cut was 20. Kinda doesn't leave to much room for tip. read more

First time here, went in for my boyfriend to get his hair cut. We waited about 20mins, someone came up to us maybe about 10mins after waiting which isn't horrible but they can work on better customer service. My boyfriend got his hair cut by David, all was well until afterwards my man had cuts around his line up and gave him barber rash!!! The pictures say it all. I came across this barber shop on a day i really couldnt make it to my barber. Honestly Im also not to loyal or particular about a specific barber cutting my hair. On a good note i pay good if the barber is quick cuts the bs talk and gets me in and out. This a cool shop. Got a good haircut. Even though they had 4 barbers and not many people waiting still waited an hour. My biggest problem with barbers, is they dont have enough respect for there clients... spend there time going back and forth looking at there phones texting and taking calls.... get the job done first! Best Barber shop in the AV. Junior is the best. He cuts my Brother and My nephews hair all the time and now my Son and My Husbands hair.

I first came in trying to get a fast haircut and I saw not a lot of people in front so I wait and the guy tells me a 30 min wait but the me thinking a 30 min wait turned In to a 3 hour wait with people getting seated right away while it seems like nobody can see me and some of the people working there I can't here my friend right next to me so never coming back. read more

I came in as a walk in and Junior was great. I wanted a simple haircut and he was able to do the work really fast. Not only Junior was able to do a fast work, but he was also able to do it right. Hello blvd blades as you can see i went there ones to check it out ,im not ganna lie the place is phonamal very nice and clean but the service is very lack they had some great music 2 but like i said the service is very poor i was hopeing to get my hair cut but the wait was just redeculas 45min- 1hr not cool i was just not happy at all some of the barber guys were just talking and talking well it turns out a guy walks in and get helpes less then 3min turns out it was maybe there friend or so but wat happen to costemers satisfaction will i give this place one star wont be seeing me here again if you ganna be taking appointments please advertise Good day and god bless? read more

I called ahead of time to ask about prices and was not told they would be closed before the regular scheduled hrs I went in about 30 mins after I called and it was closed about 3 hrs before closing hrs maybe they are good at what they do, I will never know. read more

The fellas at Blvd Blades are excellent, professional and get it done the right way. Stop by ask for Shant or Mark and don't forget to get lined up. Been to many barber shops but this one is the only one I will ever go too since they opened. Interior is nicely done, plenty of waiting seats, clean stations and even got the Tv's set to the correct channels. If you want to look fresh and clean do yourself a favor and go to Blvd Blades and any one of the professional barbers will make you proud of your choice. read more

This barber shop had a very modern theme. Very clean inside and appealing to look at. Took my little brother after complaints of his last barber and he loved it here! Felt like I was walking into a friendly and modern atmosphere of Barbershop. This is definitely our spot now. read more
