Checked out the new black barbers shops on the East Side of Lancaster, old school white barbers (I'm talking about the straight blade type) recommended by my redneck buds. Annie, last chair on barber row, was stellar at cutting my mop. She was friendly, advised me on what she could do with my crappy explanation of what I wanted. It was a 17: 25 and the door said they close at 18:00. That's not how you treat a long time customer. Price has gone up to $35 a cut and service has gone down to a 0.
