We ordered 4 cocktails and only 1 was good. We didn't finish the other 3 because they just tasted horrible. My advice is just get something simple like gin and tonic or coke and rum. Their own signature cocktails were a waste of money. We also ordered fries and fried chicken which were overcooked. They were probably left in the fryer for too long. The wagyu beef slider was actually quite delicious but hey we paid $180 for 1 slider it'd better be good. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I don't think I would come back again..

Staff was friendly from the moment we entered, to serving up drinks, to our departure. There is indoor seating, bar seating and outdoor seating of stools, chairs and even a few couches. Ambiance could be fun with a group or even a little romantic is you were with a date. A great view of the hillside of the citylights , fresh air and lots of seating. There is an extensive cocktail list...I mean really extensive. All drinks keep with the polynisian theme, were strong and priced like a popular Central bar (but without the bourbon street atmosphere of Central!...which is makes it worth the price to me!) I loved this bar, thought it was a cool spot and although not as swanky as the Lobster Bar, an overall great bar. They close at 5, we were there until then, and even though we were all falling asleep, at least everyone wanted to stay to finish their games. I really like the beer pong area, i know, i know.. it's just beer pong. What's special about beer pong here is that there is a regulator! Their staff acts as a referee, whilst providing table service (ie. pouring the beer). Even if you were drunk, it's good to know someone is sober enough to give you all the rules. The booze here is also cheap compared to a lot of places, making it more accessible to drink more! In my opinion, it was a little too bright for a drinking place, so they could have dimmed the lights a little bit. I think we all had lots of fun. Will be back!

The Ritz-Carlton is part of the building that forms the tallest building in Hong Kong. The view is certainly amazing. The service, Grand Hyatt quality, staff and hotel haven't changed one bit. Everything about the stay was perfect. The fantastic views, to the helpful staff who brought all our luggage to our room and it was a lot of suitcases as we were only staying a couple of nights before flying back to the U.S. it was the last leg of our Asia tour so we had amassed quite a lot of souvenirs and shopping to bring home. The views from our room were spectacular! Especially during the golden hour where Hong Kong bay just seems to light up and glow. We took every opportunity we could to take in the views. I called the concierge desk to ask for help getting reservations to a restaurant I wanted to take my family. After many attempts, they couldn't connect with the restaurant, but they gave us 2-3 other options where I could go for dinner and they made the reservations for me. The dinner was perfect and we enjoyed the food. We hired the Grand Hyatt airport limousine van to take us to Hong Kong airport. The service was above and beyond. When we pulled up to the airport terminal there were two Hyatt staff members waiting for our arrival with two baggage carts. Once the van pulled up they unloaded our luggage and pushed the carts behind us to follow us to the check in counter and unloaded everything for us there.It was seamless and smooth to check in. We had a perfect stay there and can't wait to go back again!
