Intimate (Slow Cooked Beef & Roots) Pita
    Michael D.

Miznon is an example of when the food at a restaurant, particularly fast casual, matches its pictures: blatantly kosher-quality ingredients made with a higher chef-inspired standard. The Intimate Stew pita had no lack of seasoning, flavor, or tenderly-cooked beef, carefully placed within a delicious pita. I do recommend leaving the pita within the paper, as it tends to fall apart without it and spill all of the juices/sauces. Next time I would opt for a platter with a pita on the side for a neater dining experience. My only real downside to Miznon Kosher is that I feel like I would have to spend around $50 to get a complete satisfying meal between the entree/pita, a side dish, and a drink. In fact, I noticed the person in front of me spent over $50 on themselves as did the person before them spend over $80 on two people. This is steep in my opinion for a quick casual meal that I'll have eaten in 10-15 minutes, despite the higher cost of the certified kosher ingredients. Nonetheless, Miznon remarkably seems to match the quality and presentation of the chef's New York locations at the incredible Bell Works facility. They were also the only restaurant open inside of the indoor metropolitan-burb on a Sunday evening.

Amazing Israeli & Kosher spot. 1) Their #1 item I enjoyed is their rib-eye minute steak in a pita. It is amazing! 2) Their steak & egg in a pita is also good, but I liked their rib-eye minute steak in pita more. Plus, it is a little messy. 3) Israeli food is a mix / fusion between modern European and tradition Middle Eastern food. I very much enjoyed it. 4) Make sure to ask for their tahini sauce and green sauce. Mix it together & add it to the pita sandwiches, just fantastic.

Very good sandwiches. The broken chicken and falafel were excellent. Fast quick service. I knocked off a star bc it is a little steep in price for a pita sandwich IMO.

Falafel sandwich and Gold Star lager completes

A taste of Tel Aviv in BellWorks! Dining at Miznon reminds me of time spent in restaurants on Rothschild Blvd in Tel Aviv. Their falafel is top notch as is their schnitzel. The pitas are fresh and the tahini just right. Topping off with a Gold Star lager completes the experience. Staff is friendly, food was served quickly. The ability to walk the expansive interior of BellWorks was an added treat.

Ratatouille and broken chicken. The vegetarian food is so good!

What a welcome addition to Bell Works! The food is great, the prices are fair and it's in a great spot. I can't wait to return there.

This is my second time at the Greek kitchen. The first time was back in November 2024. I had the…read moreoctopus, the Greek paella, the mashed fava beans, and my friend had their lamb kebabs. The food was very good. The Greek paella was delicious and the portions huge. The Octopus was a bit tough. So I came here again for lunch last week (5/25), and I ordered the fried calamari the Spanikopita and the grilled octopus with mashed fava. The mashed fava was delicious and has become my new obsession. However, I disappointed with the rest of my lunch. The octopus was tough and one small portion had a bitter taste slightly like vinegar. It could've been that it was charred on the grill And so it tasted a bit bitter. I still ate it trying to find a piece that maybe would have tasted better and tender and then that brought back a recollection of the last time that I was here that my friend and I felt the octopus was a bit tough. Most likely overcooked. The fried calamari did not have flavor. At $21 for the appetizer, I expected better. I have a hard time trying to find good calamari and I think I've been to maybe two places that actually seasoned the breading and the calamari was delicious. Not here. It also was not served with lemon. I've gone between giving them 3 or 4 stars but decided on four since I can't give 3.5. I'm basing my rating on the cleanliness of the place, the space, the service, as the young lady who was my waitress was an absolute doll, and the fava, paella, lamb kebabs and huge portions. Would I go here again, yes, I would, but I will try other dishes. I will not be ordering the calamari here or anywhere else again nor will I be ordering the octopus here again. Note: for lunch, I spent $55.45 for the 3 items, not including tip.
